The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with twin beds. The main bedroom looks onto the large airy balcony, which has table and chairs, and hammock. The main bedroom has air conditioning/heating unit. The second bedroom and living room have floor fans. Fully equipped American kitchen with microwave, washing machine. Clothes dryer provided for balcony, as well as access to roof for washing/sunbathing. Large swimming pool and children's pool, with lifeguard during summer months. Beside the pool, there is a small shop/snack bar which sells all necessities, as well as drinks and snacks, and has internet access. Local shops, including a large supermarket, restaurants and bars are all within 5 mins walking distance. The long sandy La Mata beach is also a 5 min walk away. The apartment is situated on the northern edge of Torrevieja (a 10 min drive to the centre)and is close to bus routes which serve La Mata, Torrevieja and Alicante. Torrevieja is 30 mins south of Alicante airport and 30 mins north of Murcia airport. Five easily accessible golf courses nearby: Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas, La Manga and La Finca.
