Villa Las Palmeras is set in lovely gardens with own pool close to the 5* Villa Gadea.
Vacation Rental Description
The detached villa is spacious with a very large kitchen and dining area. The sumptuous lounge also has a dining area. There are 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of space throughout the house. Private parking can be found to the front of the house and the back garden has lots of palms and tropical plants. There is a children's area with tree house, very large private pool with lights, terrace space for soaking up the sun and covered area to eat and have a BBQ. You will have a lovely time in this villa which is in a quiet residential area yet close to Altea, the beaches, Calpe and lots of areas to explore.
The front door opens to a lovely light hallway and into the lounge. The fabulous lounge is well furnished with large flat screen TV and feature fireplace. There is a small dining area leading off from the lounge with windows overlooking the garden. The fabulous kitchen is very spacious with lots of cupboards. You will find all appliances including dishwasher, microwave and American style fridge freezer with ice maker. There is table and comfortable seating in the kitchen.
The master bedroom has modern style wardrobes and there is an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath. A further double room is located off the lounge and there are two twin rooms which have been decorated with children in mind however they are both spacious and well equipped.
A large driveway leads up to the property with parking for several vehicles. The rear garden has a large terrace which is accessed from the kitchen and there is plenty of space for soaking up the sun or dining Al Fresco. A covered area provides shade with lots of seating and BBQ.
The swimming pool is a large 10m x 5m with light and Roman steps leading into it. This is completely fenced off from the main garden making it safer for children. A children's area has a tree house.
Facilities
Bicycles, cars can be hired by the day or by the week as can children's and baby equipment, these must be pre-booked. We also offer safety deposit box hire, airport transfers and much more. Air conditioning is offered at a supplement of 35€ per week and WIFI is also available at a supplement of 15€ per week. We request that smoking is restricted to the outside areas.
Activities
Altea itself is a typically Spanish town with white washed houses in the old town, cobbled streets and a fantastic church and town square surrounded by restaurants, cafe bars, shops selling local crafts and paintings and wonderful views. The beach and promenade of Altea offers more restaurants and shops and also links with the promenade of Albir which provides a lovely walk.
For the more energetic there is a stunning walk to the lighthouse which gives views to Benidorm and Calpe and its famous landmark rock the Peñon de Ifach. The Don Cayo Golf Club is within a 10 minute drive from the property and there are many other courses to be played all within 1 hours drive . The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Terra Natura, Mundo Mar and Aguanatura are just a short distance away. There are fabulous mountain walks to explore and Guadalest with its town and castle set high on a mountain and the Algar waterfalls are a must.

The villa is set in a quiet location in a residential area overlooking Altea, Albir and Benidorm.It is an ideal location for a get away from it all holiday, family holiday or an activity holiday as it is only a 20 minute drive from the motorway network for visiting all places on the Costa Blanca. A car is essential for your stay as the nearest supermarket is less than a 10 minute drive away but for dining out or visiting the surrounding areas a car is a must. Travel Options

- Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 64 (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 5 minutes from junction 64 following the signs to Altea on the N332. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Altea, you will need to take a short taxi drive from this station. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged from as little as 65€ for 4 people including luggage. we can also arrange daily or weekly car rental. Alternative airport is Valencia which is just 1 hour 20 minutes from this property - check out flight offers and bargains available with your local low cost airline.

Please note all our prices now include for a departure clean and laundry costs. For bookings of 14 nights or more a midstay mini clean and laundry change can be included. We are also able to offer airport transfers ie. Airport Transfers can be arranged for large or small groups, car hire, mid week cleaning, maid service, special occasion or anniversary packs, golf bookings, cycle hire and excursions plus much more, if you require any of these services please do contact us for details. All bedding and towels are provided in this property. A supplement of 35€ per week for the use of the air conditioning. A 20% (250 euro minimum) deposit secures a reservation with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A 500 euro breakage deposit will be required refundable after your stay. Payment can be made by debit or credit card.
