This outstanding villa is situated in the select area of Sierra Altea with the beautiful property and there are award winning blue flag beaches, bars, restaurants, markets, shops, theme parks and water parks and much more, all just a short drive away. Set in a residential area, the villa and grounds are private and quiet. There is a lot of outdoor space, terraces, BBQ and kitchen area as well as a purpose built children's play area. This villa is fabulous for relaxation and enjoying the sun on your holidays all year round. The large villa has spacious living accommodation set over 3 floors. On the entrance floor is a well fitted kitchen, large lounge with log fire and doors leading to the garden, terraces and pool, dining area and utility room. Upstairs the master bedroom has doors opening to a terrace and there is a further bedroom. On the ground floor is a further lounge and dining area giving access to a further terrace and the gardens and you will also find 3 further bedrooms on this floor. In total the property has 2 double beds and 3 twin beds, sleeping 10, there is also a sofa bed should you require to accommodate additional guests, therefore sleeping 12 in total. The villa is well equipped with central heating, air-conditioning in 4 of the 5 bedrooms, satellite TV as well as DVD´s and Play Station 2 console. A fabulous villa to enjoy your holiday at any time of the year. We will also consider longer term lets over the winter months.
The exterior of this great property provides multiple sunny and private terraces perfect for enjoying the sun or Al Fresco dining. There is a large private pool, outdoor kitchen perfect for cooking the wonderful mediterranean food and great for BBQ´s. A log cabin can be found set amongst the terraced mediterranean garden. The cabin is complete with sauna, jacuzzi hot tub and shower. There is also a children's play area.
The garden is set out on several different levels with steps connecting. There are feature water falls and bridges and well stocked fish ponds. Bicycles, boat, car hire can be arranged, please ask for details.

The village of Altea La Vieja is approximately a 2km walk from the villa where you can find a supermarket, bank, bars and several restaurants. There is also a bus service from the village to Altea, Albir, Alfaz and on to Benidorm.
Altea itself is a typically spanish town with white washed houses in the old town and a fantastic church and town square surrounded by restaurants, cafe bars, shops selling local crafts and paintings and wonderful views. There is a weekly market held every Tuesday where you can pick up the local bargains and fresh produce. There is also a newer town centre which is full of wonderful and classy boutiques and curiosity shops. The promenade stretches for miles and is lined with restaurants and cafés. Calpe is also just 10 minutes north of this Villa and offers shops, a weekly market and being a fishing port you will find locally court fish at their beachside restaurants.

Please note: Air-conditioning can be provided at a charge of 80 euros per week. A free standing air-conditioning unit can be pre-booked for lounge or bedroom. Long stay winter rentals accepted, please ask for details. We are also able to offer airport transfers ie. up to 4 people plus luggage 60 euros each way(please ask prices for larger parties), car hire, mid week cleaning, maid service, welcome food packs, special occasion or anniversary packs, golf bookings, cycle hire and excursions plus much more, if you require any of these services please do contact us for details.
All bed linen and towels are provided, a charge will be made for departure clean and aa per person laundry charge will apply, details on request. A supplement of 80 euros per week is made for the use of the air conditioning. A 20% (250 euro minimum) deposit secures a reservation with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A 500 euro breakage deposit will be required refundable after your stay. Payments accepted by debit or credit card. Short stay rates of 3 nights or more are available outside peak season, please ask for details.
