This is a unique opportunity to rent our extremely spacious and very popular private villa, offering plenty to do around and about to ensure a truly fabulous holiday. 
 
Villa Gardoqui is large property built over 3 floors with a completely separate and self contained lower floor, ideal for extended families. 
 
On entering the property you will find a wonderful light and airy open plan and split level living room with dining area and modern kitchen with appliances. The lounge has TV with multi language channels and there are sets of doors opening out to a lovely sun terrace and the pool area. The main kitchen is well proportioned and you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay. There is plenty of space for everyone in the dining area but of course the real pleasure is to dine Al Fresco. 
 
On the entrance level you will find two bedrooms and a lovely family bathroom with jacuzzi bath. 
 
Stairs take you to the first floor with its wonderfully luxurious round jacuzzi bath giving you the opportunity to relax in style and take in the view. The master bedroom suite is an excellent size and has plenty of wardrobe space and en-suite bathroom.  
 
Doors from the upper landing lead out to a wonderful roof terrace with fantastic views of the gardens, pool and to the sea. 
 
From the entrance level there is access to the self contained lower level which has its own bedroom with doors leading out to the side garden. On this level you will also find the second kitchen which also is well equipped and a further bathroom.  
 
Outside the villa are extensive and well stocked gardens with tropical palms and plants which give some well needed shade during the long hot summer days. Grassy areas make the garden ideal for ball games or childrens fun. The lovely shaped pool has sun all day and there is plenty of terrace all around to ensure you can all soak up the sun. For your pleasure there is also a brick built gas BBQ to enjoy at any time of the year.

Baby equipment including cots and high chairs can be provided, details on request. Safe, hairdryer and internet access are available at the property but must be pre-booked. We request that smoking is restricted to the outside areas.

Our villa is close to the exclusive Altea Hills resort, near the picturesque marina of Campamarnes and the popular wedding venue of Villa Gadea. Very close to the bustling market towns of Altea and Calpe, you can be sure to enjoy golden sandy beaches, warm mediterranean sea, great shopping and some fantastic restaurants. Although a car is recommended at this property, it means you can explore many great places of interest including the water falls at Algar, mountain top village of Guadalest or why not take a ferry to Ibiza. A scenic coastal train journey is recommended for a date out in the City of Alicante and don´t forget the wonderful Theme Parks and water parks within easy reach.

The villa is set in a quiet location in a residential area overlooking Altea, Albir and Benidorm.It is an ideal location for a get away from it all holiday, family holiday or an activity holiday as it is only a 20 minute drive from the motorway network for visiting all places on the Costa Blanca. A car is essential for your stay as the nearest supermarket is less than a 10 minute drive away but for dining out or visiting the surrounding areas a car is a must.

• Nearest Town : Altea at 6 kilometers distance
• Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 64 (approximately 50 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 64 following the signs to Calpe on the N332. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Altea, you will need to take a taxi drive from this station. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged as can daily or weekly car rental. Valencia airport is also a reasonable distance, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. From Valencia take the AP7 motorway, direction Alicante and again exit at junction 64

All prices include departure clean and laundry costs. Long stay winter rentals (minimum 3 months only 900€ per month. Car hire, mid week cleaning, maid service, welcome food packs, special occasion or anniversary packs, golf bookings, cycle hire and excursions plus much more can be arranged for you. All bed linen and towels are provided at this property. A 20% (250 euro minimum) deposit secures a reservation with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A 500 euro breakage deposit will be required refundable after your stay. Payments accepted by debit or credit card.
