The beautiful villa is spacious and built on diferent levels giving amazing panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. There is a very large terrace area with private swimming pool and a games room to enjoy. The main villa sleeps 6 people very comfortably and there is a separate self contained apartment with twin beds plus sofa bed to sleep a maximum of 10 people. Please note that this villa can be linked with Villa Almedia II which is just a few doors away, this would then allow sleeping for parties of up to 19 people (see property ref 29242). A great place to stay for groups of cyclists, walkers, or many outdoor pursuits. Very comfortably furnished throughout, the villa is to be enjoyed both for summer holidays and winter sunshine too. There is plenty to do in the area. The town of Callosa is just a 15 minute walk away where you can enjoy shops, bars, fresh food from the local markets and local spanish cuisine in the restaurants. The waterfalls at Algar are great for a refreshing swim or visit the lovely town of Altea with its cobbled streets and great restaurants. There is plenty to do all along the coast from watersports, award winning beaches, entertainment, mountain walks and much more. Book this villa and you will be sure to have a lovely holiday. 
The main villa opens to a hallway with one double bedded room and one twin bedded room. Both bedrooms have plenty of fitted wardrobe space and sliding doors to "juliette" style balconies. There is also a full bathroom on this floor. The lower floor has the master bedroom which has a large en-suite bathroom and doors leading to the large balcony which stretches the width of the villa. A modern American style kitchen with plenty of storage and separate walk in pantry. The lounge is comfortable with leather sofas and a large corner style suite. A wall mounted flat screen TV provides digital TV with multi language channels. From both the kitchen and lounge area doors on to the large balcony where tables and chairs are provided. The games room furnished with sofa, leather chair, football game and bar area with bar stools. The separate apartment is accessed from street level and is completely self contained with kitchen, twin bedroom and full shower room. 
This villa occupies a large plot, there is a pretty gravelled garden to the front with tropical plants and shrubs. The large terraces are accessed either from the villa itself or via the outside stairs. Stairs from the entrance of the villa lead around and down to the pool so each floor is easily accessible from both outside and inside the villa. There is a utility area with washing machine and dryer on the entrance level which can be used by both the apartment and villa. Stairs from the utility area lead down to the lounge, balcony and down again to the games room and pool terrace. Gates have been fitted at the entrance level and lounge balcony for the safety of children.

Please note travel cots, high chairs, security safe, bicycles and much more can all be included in the property if required but these must be pre-booked for a small weekly fee, please ask us for further details. We are able to provide you with discounts for the theme parks and attractions in the area including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace, boat trips and balloon flights. We can also arrange for a chef to come and cook a spanish meal for you in the villa or organise a fully staffed BBQ from as little as 25€ per person. We request that smoking is restricted to the outside areas.

Callosa D'en Sarria is a typical Spanish town with a lovely church area and markets on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturday. There are shops, supermarkets, banks and typical Spanish restaurants to be found in the town. The nearby waterfalls of Algar offer lots of restaurants and are particularly popular with the Spanish at weekends and there are some lovely walks.  
 
Altea itself is a bustling Spanish town with white washed houses in the old town, cobbled streets and a fantastic church and town square surrounded by restaurants, cafe bars, shops selling local crafts and paintings and wonderful views. The beach and promenade of Altea, which by car is around 15 minutes, offers more restaurants and shops and also links with the promenade of Albir which provides a lovely walk.

The villa is set in a quiet location in a residential area overlooking Altea, Albir and Benidorm.It is an ideal location for a get away from it all holiday, family holiday or an activity holiday as it is only a 20 minute drive from the motorway network for visiting all places on the Costa Blanca. A car is essential for your stay as the nearest supermarket is less than a 10 minute drive away but for dining out or visiting the surrounding areas a car is a must.

All prices quoted are for the main villa and apartment to sleep 8 persons and now include both departure clean and laundry costs (no hidden extras to add) On 14 nights or more a midstay mini clean and laundry change can be included. Bed Linen and towels are provided however you will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. A 20% deposit secures a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. Payments accepted by credit or debit card. A damage deposit of 500 euros will be requested refundable after the stay. For 6 persons in main villa only please ask for rates.
