The interior of the villas is formed of eight rooms, with 4 single beds and 2 double beds, 4 double sofa bed, in addition there is 2 extra bed available. Television. Kitchen, equipped with cooking gas, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwaves, washing machine, dishwasher. 3 bathrooms. 
The garden is decorated with trees and flowers, Covered terrace and stone barbecue/summer kitchen just opposite the private swimming pool with Roman staircase lovely garden and completely fenced. External shower and long chairs. Parking for 4/5 cars. 
The house is located at 800 m of the sea and services and within 2 km of Altea old center.

The region Costa Blanca 
 
Stretching from the Gulf of Valencia to Cabo de Palos, Costa Blanca is for the most part, flat and sandy, and is sprinkled with many beaches and holiday resorts from lively Benidorm to the more typical resorts of Denia and Javea. Holidaymakers can enjoy this region year round because of its extremely mild climate. 
 
Resort Altea 
 
Fishing village, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 50 km north-east from Alicante, 100 km south-east from Valencia. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar. Access: access via a good road. Railway station in the resort. Calpe 10 km. Benidorm 10 km. Lovely seaside resort with nice typical bars and restaurants in the old town. Many international artistslive here giving the resort a special atmosphere. For arrivals by plane: airport Valencia-Manises (VLC) 120 km, Alicante-El Altet (ALC) 65 km.
