Vacation Rental Description
The spacious villa is set on two levels and gives luxury accommodation for 8, 12 or 16 people with an upper floor having 4 bedrooms and four bathrooms which will sleep 8 people and a lower floor, completely self contained with two bedrooms and a family bedroom sleeping a further 8 people. Set in a plot of 7000 square meters with landscaped gardens and fantastic sea and mountain views, this property will be enjoyed by all ages throughout the year. Beautiful furniture compliments the house throughout and there are lots of furnished terraces and a roof terrace to take in the amazing views all around. Hot and cold air conditioning is installed as well as full SKY TV to be enjoyed. The villa is in a superb setting with the most fantastic views from all rooms and terraces.The upper floor of this villa is very spacious and has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite with two additional shower rooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and doors leading to a terrace. There is a large kitchen with appliances and plenty of cupboard space and is fully equipped for your stay. The separate dining room seats 6 plus there is an additional dining table for a further 6 people.
The lounge is spacious with large flat screen TV and feature fireplace and doors opening to a further lounge with comfortable sofas and sliding doors all around opening in the summer months and providing a conservatory style room for the winter months. A terrace leads off to both sides from this room. Both hot and cold air conditioning is installed in all rooms on this floor and every room has a stunning view of the sea, mountains and skyline of Benidorm.
The lower floor which is completely self contained or can be accessed via steps leading from the terraces, has a large lounge dining area with new and very modern fitted kitchen and dining table seating 6. A separate lounge has large flat screen TV and there are three bedrooms. One bedroom, which is a double room has en-suite facilities, there is a twin bedroom and a family room with twin beds plus a double bed also a separate shower room services this floor. The lower floor is ideal for anyone with walking difficulties as all garden areas can be accessed without the necessity of using steps.
Electric gates open from the road to reveal a large sweeping driveway all around this property with plenty of secured parking. Steps lead up to the front door of the main villa and a separate staircase leads to the large roof terrace. All bedrooms on the main floor have doors leading out to terraces which are furnished with tables and chairs and loungers.
The lower floor has doors leading to a very large covered terrace again fully furnished.
The pool area has lots of space to soak up the sun in the sun loungers provided and the pool is a good sized kidney shape pool. A full BBQ and seating area is located just to the side. The villa is set in a plot of over 7000 meters squared leaving a large area planted to palms, fruiting trees and tropical shrubs. The tennis courts are located close to the entrace gates. The views from all outside areas are fantastic.
Facilities
Please note. Highchair, cot, pushchair and other baby equipment are available at this property but must be pre-booked. You must also pre-book, hairdryer, safe, boating excursions and bicycle hire if required. We can also offer you welcome food hampers, special occasion chocolates and flowers, airport transfers, car hire, mid week cleaning and laundry changes, trips and sightseeing tours and much much more. Please ask us for information on the service you need to make your holiday perfect. The air conditioning is payable locally by coin operated meter - 1€ will last approximately 1 1/2 hours. We request that smoking is restricted to the outside areas.
Activities
Altea is a typically spanish town with white washed houses in the old town, cobbled streets and a fantastic church and square surrounded by restaurants, cafe bars, shops selling local crafts and paintings and wonderful views. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance from this property including the promenade which offers more restaurants and shops and also links to the promenade of Albir which provides a lovely walk.
For the more energetic there is a stunning walk to the lighthouse which gives views to Benidorm and Calpe and its famous landmark rock the Peñon de Ifach. Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm between 2 - 11 July 2010 - with famous actors attending-a selection of latest films are even shown on the beach at Albir for all to enjoy. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Terra Natura, Mundo Mar and Aguanatura are a short distance away.

The villa is set in a quiet location in a residential area overlooking Altea, Albir and Benidorm.It is an ideal location for a get away from it all holiday, family holiday or an activity holiday as it is only a 20 minute drive from the motorway network for visiting all places on the Costa Blanca. A car is essential for your stay as the nearest supermarket is less than a 10 minute drive away but for dining out or visiting the surrounding areas a car is a must. Travel Options

- Nearest Train Station : Albir at 2 kilometers distance
- Nearest Town : Altea at 2 kilometers distance
- Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65 following the signs to Altea on the N332. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Alfaz del Pi, you will need to take a short taxi drive from this station. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged from as little as 6€ for4 people including luggage, prices available for larger parties. we can also arrange daily or weekly car rental although a car is not essential at this property. Alternative airport is Valencia which is just 1 hour 20 minutes from this property - check out flight offers and bargains available with your local low cost airline.

All bedding and towels are provided in this property. A 20% (250 euro minimum) deposit reserves your dates with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A 500 euro breakage deposit will be required refundable after your stay. Credit/debit card payments accepted. The prices shown are based on the use of the full villa please ask for prices for up to 8 or up to 12 persons. For July and August the full villa price will apply irrelevant of the number of persons staying. The air conditioning is payable locally by coin operated meter.
