Vacation Rental Description
Situated in a fabulous elevated position within the residential area of Altea Hills, this fabulous brand new apartment has wonderful sea views as well as views to the mountains. Furnished beautifully throughout and with great spacious accommodation, this apartment is ideal for both Summer holidays and Winter sunshine breaks. The fabulous terrace is furnished all year round plus you are able to use the facilities at the nearby 5* Melia Hotel. Located in a beautifully elevated position, the apartment has great sea views. The entrance hallway leads to all rooms. The kitchen is well fitted with all appliances and has a comfortable breakfast area with table and 4 chairs. There is also a separate utility room. The lounge is beautifully furnished wth corner sofa, large flat screen TV and dining table seating 6 people. Large sliding doors open to a lovely terrace which is also furnished. The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom and built in wardrobes. Large floor to ceiling glass windows allow great views while lying in bed and there is also access to the terrace from this room. The second bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes and there is also a family shower room. The large glass sliding doors open from the lounge to this lovely large terrace. Very nicely furnished with large dining table and seating for 6 makes this space ideal for Al Fresco dining any time of the year. The views to the sea are great and there are also wonderful views of the mountains. There is secure parking and access to a lovely communal swimming pool with plenty of space to soak up the sun.
Facilities
Please note. Highchair, cot, puschair and other children's equipment are availalbe at this property but must be pre-booked. You must also pre-book, hairdryer, safe, boating excursions and bicycle hire if required. We can also offer you welcome food hampers, special occasion chocolates and flowers, airport transfers, car hire, mid week cleaning and laundry changes, trips and sightseeing tours and much much more. Please ask us for information on the service you need to make your holiday perfect. The air-conditioning is payable locally by coin operated meter (1€ will last approximately 1 1/2 hours for the full apartment) We request that smoking is restricted to the balcony area.
Activities
Altea itself is a typically spanish town with white washed houses in the old town and a fantastic church and town square surrounded by restaurants, cafe bars, shops selling local crafts and paintings and wonderful views. A beautiful place to wander around, take in the views and explore the narrow cobbled streets. There is a long promenade to the beach which is lined with restaurants and cafés. And in the town you will also find plenty of supermarkets, banks and wonderful shops and boutiques. Altea Hills is a short distance out of the town of Altea. Its elevated position means there are spectacular views, especially at night. The on site 5* Melia Hotel offers, sports and leisure facilities as well as bars and restaurants. Calpe town and beaches are just a short drive away.

The villa is set in a quiet location in a residential area overlooking Altea, Albir and Benidorm.It is an ideal location for a get away from it all holiday, family holiday or an activity holiday as it is only a 20 minute drive from the motorway network for visiting all places on the Costa Blanca. A car is essential for your stay as the nearest supermarket is less than a 10 minute drive away but for dining out or visiting the surrounding areas a car is a must. Travel Options

- Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 64 (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 64 following the signs to Calpe on the N332. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Altea or Calpe, you will need to take a short taxi drive from this station. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged from 70€ for 4 people including luggage. We can also arrange daily or weekly car rental

We are also able to offer airport transfers ie. up to 4 people plus luggage 60 euros each way(please ask prices for larger parties), car hire, mid week cleaning, maid service, welcome food packs, special occasion or anniversary packs, golf bookings, cycle hire and excursions plus much more, if you require any of these services please do contact us for details. All bedding and towels are provided in this property however a small per person charge is made for the laundry on departure. Prices all include departure clean. A 20% (250 euro minimum) deposit secures a reservation with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A 250 euro breakage deposit will be required refundable after your stay. Payment can be made by debit or credit card.
