The apartment is part of a Spanish house, set in the heart of the old town of Altea with its white washed houses and cobbled streets. All amenities are within walking distance which means no car is necessary to enjoy your holiday or short break here.

The ground floor apartment is beautiful inside and retains much of its original beauty however a full refurbishment means that the property has everything you need for your stay. This lovely property is built in the typical Spanish style in the heart of town. The front from the narrow cobbled street opens to a lovely comfortable lounge with dining area and windows covered by wooden shutters opening to the front of the house. There is a newly fitted American style kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and well equipped with utensils etc. The master bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe and there is also a single bed in the second bedroom. The lovely newly fitted shower room is very modern with vanity unit and corner shower. There is a washer dryer for your convenience.
Set in a narrow cobbled street in the heart of the old town of Altea. The property is close to restaurants, banks, shops, supermarkets and the beach and promenade. Local transport is also very close by.
The town of Altea is beautiful and caters for all ages, there is plenty to do all year round and we are pleased to welcome you to this property for short stays and longer breaks. The apartment is also available for long stays over the winter period at a special rate.

Bicycles, cars and boats can be hired by the day or by the week as can children's and baby equipment, including push chairs and high chairs, travel cots etc. these must be pre-booked. We also offer safety deposit box hire, airport transfers and much more. We can arrange welcome packs containing essential items for your first day or something more for that special occasion, flowers chocolates, champagne. Please ask us for information on the service you need to make your holiday perfect.

Altea itself is a typically Spanish town with white washed houses in the old town, cobbled streets and a fantastic church and town square surrounded by restaurants, cafe bars, shops selling local crafts and paintings and wonderful views. Everything is within walking distance from this property including the beach, promenade, supermarket, banks and wonderful boutiques. The beach and promenade of Altea, which can be walked in 5 minutes offers more restaurants and shops and also links with the promenade of Albir which provides a lovely walk.

We are able to offer short breaks (minimum 2 nights) through the week and at weekends. We are also able to offer airport transfers ie. up to 3 people plus luggage 60 euros each way, car hire, bicycle hire, mid week cleaning, maid service, special occasion or anniversary packs, golf bookings and excursions plus much more, if you require any of these services please do contact us for details. All bedding and towels are provided in this property. A 20% (250 euro minimum) deposit secures a reservation with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A 250 euro breakage deposit will be required refundable after your stay. Payment can be made by debit or credit card. A small departure clean and laundry charge will be made, details on request. No Supplements added for XMAS and NEW YEAR bookings Long term winter rental also available from 350€ per month, please contact us for further details.
