Vacation Rental Description
Oasis Beach Residential Complex is located in the southern part of the Valencia Region, near to the beautiful old town of Altea. The apartment is located within the magnificent natural environment of the Mascarat mountain, next to the Morro de Toix Nature Reserve and only a short walk to the Luis Campomanes Sports Marina. Here you have a variety of shops, bars and restaurants and its ideal for families. It also offers excellent facilities for windsurfing, scuba diving (including a PADI dive centre), boat hire and fishing. There is also an excellent restaurant only 400m away serving great international cuisine. This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas of this coast, offering marvellous sea views. Oasis Beach is a seafront apartment with a lovely swimming pool that only block 1 residents have access to and this has fantastic views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by landscaped gardens. Internally, the finish throughout is contemporary. Well made furniture and attention to detail has been paramount when getting our apartment ready for its first season of rentals. We have made sure that the apartment is very well equipped and of a high standard to ensure your stay becomes a memorable one.
The apartment looks down onto a very private bay which you can walk down to in 5 minutes. Its down a rocky slope that has gradually been chipped away to form steps. Once down there, you have a beautiful bay where boats come from all over to anchor and spend the day scuba diving and snorkelling. The swimming is fantastic and the views are amazing!
Facilities
The apartment has a great selection of utilities to make your stay a comfortable one. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need along with high chairs and cots, fine linen, towels, beach towels, tea towels and a welcome grocery pack upon your arrival. We also have golf clubs available to hire, both men & womens. Enquire via email for hire prices.
Activities
There is a weekly Market in Altea on Tuesdays. There are 2 water sports centres serving Altea, El Club Nautico de Altea and the El Puerto deportivo de Luis Campomanes. Both offering diving, windsurfing, fishing, boat cruises and sailing. In the Luis Campomanes harbour you can see some of the most spectacular yachts. PADI Diving courses are available to book at either harbour.
For family fun you can visit Terra Mitica, Spain´s largest theme park, with adventure, thrill and children's rides. Aqualandia, the 'wet n wild' of Spain and Mundomar, Spain's 'seaworld' which is a Marine and exotic animal park. All of the above are just 15 mins away from Oasis Beach. Algar Waterfalls in the mountains are also a must see and are just outside Altea in the mountains.
Local festivals are: Feast of San Antonio June 11th-13th; San Juan Fiesta June 24th; Feast of Santa Anna in July; Feast of San Lorenzo in August & Moors and Christians Festival in Oct

Prices are per property per week but weekend and mid-week breaks can be organised. Please enquire regarding rates. 30% Deposit due on booking and balance due 8 wks prior to arrival along with a refundable security deposit of £200. This will be refunded less any deductions for breakages or losses. We provide bed linen, towels, beach towels and tea towels. A welcome grocery pack is included and all guests are greeted by our local representitive who will show you around the apartment. Payment can be made via paypal, credit card, bank transfer or a cheque. Flexible arrival and departure days. Apartment will be available on day of arrival at 3pm and vacation time on day of departure is 11am. A mid term clean/towel/linen change can be arranged at extra cost of £85.00.
