This lovely 2 bed apartment is situated in The Jardines de Altea Hills Residential Complex is located in the south of the Valencian Region, in the town of Altea and within the magnificent natural surroundings of the luxury Altea Hills Estate. One of the most beautiful and peaceful spots in this Mediterranean town that provides marvellous sea and mountain views.

Altea is a picturesque little fishing village tucked amongst the cliffs. It has a multitude of steep narrow streets full of tempting craft shops, boutiques, bars and bougainvillea tumbling down from the blue-domed church to the attractive palm-lined esplanade. Here you can try out water sports or visit the famous Tuesday market on the seafront. Due to the spectacular scenery, it is patronized by the artistic community, which is evident in the abundance of art shops and galleries.

Altea Hills is known as the ‘Mini-Marbella of the Costa Blanca’, with its marina packed with expensive yachts and its top class golf course.

Beautiful sandy beaches are just a 10 minute drive along the coast to Calpe, where you will also find shops, bars & restaurants.

Altea has a climate which is ideal both for holidays and all-the-year-round living. The World Health Organization has identified the northern Costa Blanca as having as near to an ideal climate as possible, being neither overwhelmingly hot in summer nor unpleasantly cold in winter. Average temperatures range from the mid-eighties (26-29C) in the high season to the low sixties (15C) in the middle of winter, and even in winter the average number of rainy days is around only five per month.

Whether you want a quiet holiday or a fun-packed one there is something for everyone in and around Altea - the Disney Style Terra Mitica theme park at Benidorm (just 30 minutes away by car), Aqualandia Water Park, and the Mundomar Exotic Animal and Marine Park. There are Safari Parks at Aitana and Vergel, Waterfalls at Bolulla, Caves at Benidoleig and Canalobre. For superb international shows with dinner the renowned Benidorm Palace and the Casino Mediterráneo at Villajoyosa are not to be missed. The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

A small refundable security/damage deposit will be required plus a final clean charge of £35.00.

Flexible change over days, enabling you to minimise you flight costs as Saturdays can be the most expensive day of the week

It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible.
