    • other facilities include kettle, toaster, george foreman grill,full lenght mirror, hairdrier and hair straighteners, british plug adaptors and a mobile phone both bedrooms have a set of drawers with mirrors for putting make up on, single bedroom has TV and DVD player and play station (this TV does not receive tv channels its only for dvds and play station) 4 sun lounges, patio table and chairs a spare set of keys in case of more than 1 couple staying and want to come back at different times all windows and doors have security grills and window locks on, the complex has a shared swimming pool and sun terrace around the pool, a shared roof top solarium

    • the town of Almoradi has a exelent night life from tapas bars to english run bars, and cafes, restaurants 
    there's a big market on saturdays in the town square, so pick up a few bargains, the town offers an endless choice of shops and more shops such as clothes, shoes, electric goods and many many more, Almoradi boasts a ten pin bowling alley, snooker and pool bars, play parks for the kids,theatre and in the centre of it all is the fabulous church square !!! not to mention the festivals going on during the year 
     
    nearest beach is Guardamar which is 15 minutes drive,the seaside town of torrevieja is around 30mins drive  
    the safari park at Elche has go-karting,cameland pony rides plus many other attactions. 
     
    the golf course La Finca at Algorfa is in easy driving distance 
    for even more choice the complex at benimar has a selection of english bars and restauturants with english entertainment.benidorm is only 1 hours drive away

    25% deposit or £50 which ever is the greatest is required on booking the balance to be paid 6 weeks before your stay deposit is non refundable payment by cheque or bank transfer cancellations after balance has been paid ,50% of refunded up to 4 weeks to arrival date, 25% refunded up to 2 weeks to arrival, less than 2 weeks to arrival date no refund will be given FUTHER INFORMATION parties over 4 people will be charged £25 extra person per week change over day is saturday, check in time on day of arrival is 4pm,, check out time on day of departure is 12 noon please take this in to concideration when booking your flights TRANFERS FORM AIRPORT CAN BE ARRANGED STRICTLY NO SMOKING EXCEPT ON THE BALCONY
