The air-conditioned apartment is located on the first floor of a small modern block within walking distance of Almoradi town centre, where all amenities can be found - shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants
There is lift as well as stair access and ramp access from street level to ground floor so wheelchairs are catered for.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, fully equiped kitchen, dining/lounge area, bathroom and balcony.
The main bedroom is furnished with double bed and built-in wardrobe, bedside tables etc.
the second bedroom has twin beds and free standing wardrobe, bedside tables etc.
The kitchen is equiped with full size cooker and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and all usual kitchen equipment.
the dining/lounge area is furnished wih a double sofa/bed which will comfortably sleep extra guests, easy chair, dining table/chairs for four people, welsh dresser containing all drinking mugs, wine glasses, crockery, kitchen utensils etc.
The bathroom consists of bath with over-bath shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
The balcony is accessed from the lounge and main bedroom.

The apartment is fully equiped for self-catering and bed linen,towels etc. are provided. Satellite TV is available.
Internet access can be provided by my agent, Chris Kelly, who has his shop and office two streets away ( 2 minute walk )although there will be a small charge for his services. Chris is also a fluent Spanish speaker and will be quite happy to interpret should the need arrise, for example should a visit to hospital become necessary.

There are 7 golf courses within a short drive, the nearest being Algorfa which is 15 minutes from the apartment.

Almoradi is a 15 minute drive from the motorwy and driving time from Alicante or Murcia airports is approximately 45 minutes.

There are two theme parks within a short distance, one catering for young children and the other for older children and adults.

the nearest beaches are at Guadamar del Segura, app. 20 minutes drive.

Should you require a laundry or cleaning service during your stay arrangements can be made with the agent and a charge agreed with him. This charge is not included in the rental.
