    • Torrevieja is only 20 minutes drive away - a typical seaside resort with sea front promenade, lively nightlife, nightclub, bowling, cinema, casino, water park and hypermarkets. 
    With Almoradi being only 5 minutes away from the motorway, Alicante, La Manga, Elche, Murcia and Benidorm are just a few places within easy driving distance with a variety of tourist attractions from water/theme parks to caves, castle and even a zoo. 
    Terra Mítica in Benidorm, is the only theme park in Europe. Incredible attractions and shows turns this park into a fascinating place where time does not exist. Visit the mysteries of ancient and legendary civilisations in the Mediterranean, Egypt, Greece, Rome, Iberia and The Islands.  
    Golfers are well catered for with no fewer than 5 golf courses within easy driving distance. There are also the beaches, sailing, tennis, go-karting, horse riding and a water park all available locally. An indoor bowling alley (4 Lanes) has recently been opened in the town.

    The apartment is available on a per night basis ( minimum stay 4 nights) at £30 per night. A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required to secure booking, balance 6 weeks before departure. If booking within 6 weeks then full payment is required. An additional £100 key/security payment is required with the balance. This is refunded in full when keys are returned and subject to no damage reported. Cleaning & laundry charges of 50 Euros are to be paid at end of stay. If booking is for 2 weeks NO CHARGE. Additional cleaning/linen change is available by arrangement and at extra cost
