The apartment is placed inland , midway between the airports of Alicante and Murcia(St. Javier) providing easy access from Britain. It is a first floor apartment on a large new triangular complex. There are lifts to all floors. This is a sizeable self-catering apartment which sleeps 4/6 in pleasant Spanish town, near the Mediterranean sea. It is suitable for families and for golfing. Good quality linen and towels are provided.  
 
The kitchen is well fitted out with a fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron & board. The dining area has seating for 4 people. The lounge contains a sofabed and chair, providing seating for 4 people. The apartment has an en suite bathroom and a shower room. There are 2 bedrooms, Main bedroom with King size bed and a ceiling fan. The twin has 2 single beds. Main bedroom with ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom. Sofa bed also. There is a child`s cot also available,suitable up to 3 years. Fully fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms. Duvets are also provided. 
The main bathroom is en suite with bath, shower, basin, toilet and bidet. There is a separate shower room with basin, bidet and toilet. 
The property is well equipped with washing machine, large fridge/freezer (kitchen), ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, & toaster.Good quality house linen and towels are included. 
Outside:  
Large balcony - terrace furniture - 4 plastic chairs, table. Smaller rear balcony (off main bedroom) with expansive views. Swimming pools: communal outdoor pool, children and adults separate.  
Suitability: children welcome, long term renters welcome, pets not allowed.  
Local Activities: diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, swimming, tennis, walking, go karting & safari park. 
 
This new triangular complex is situated at the edge of the town with large ,airy entrance halls and ramps for push and wheel chairs. 
Almoradi is an ancient Spanish town with a number of British residents and cafe bars. The cuisine caters for various tastes. There are the Spanish bars with tapas and British, Italian, Indian and Chinese restaurants all with reasonable prices. The main focal point of the town is the square with 2 open air bars, a children`s play area and an ice cream parlour shaded by large ornamental trees. On Saturdays it is surrounded by a large open air market where almost anything can be bought.  
There are no fewer than 8 park/play areas with eating/drinking areas. 
Golf Information: La Finca golf course is situated at the foot of Mount Escotera, near the village of Algorfa, in the Segura region. The golf club lies in natural surroundings of great beauty and with fantastic views. Its facilities are open to those who want to play golf in the heart of the Spanish countryside. La Finca is only a five minute drive from Mirador Apartments. There are several other courses in the area; La Marquesa, Las Ramblas, Campoamar, Villamartin, are all within 10-20 minutes drive. In addition, a drive down the coast brings you to the exclusive La Manga resort and golf club.

Almoradi is a bustling little place with shops, medical centre, banks, inexpensive restaurants and a good  
selection of cafe/bars. There are several low cost supermarkets (Aldi, Mercadona, Intermarche etc.) around town, too.  
 
The church and square are the main focal point of the town, with a number of other squares and children's play areas dotted around. Saturday is Market day in Almoradi. The area has its own microclimate with summers hot and dry, while the winters are very mild. This area is ideal for most people, from families to golfers, as it offers a variety of entertainment all within easy reach. Golfers are well catered for with no fewer than 5 golf courses within easy driving distance.  
 
There are also the beaches, sailing, tennis, go-karting, horse riding and a water park all available locally. With Almoradi being only 5 minutes away from the motorway, Alicante, La Manga, Elche, Murcia and Benidorm are just a few places within easy driving distance.

The apartment is available on a per night basis ( minimum stay 4 nights) at £30 per night. A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required to secure booking, balance 6 weeks before departure. If booking within 6 weeks then full payment is required. An additional £50 key/security payment is required with the balance. This is refunded in full when keys are returned and subject to no damage reported. Cleaning & laundry charges of 40 euros are included in rental price, if booking 2 weeks. Additional cleaning/linen change is available by arrangement and at extra cost.
