Vacation Rental Description
The apartment is located on the Alenda Golf complex, just 15km from Alicante and Costa Blanca's huge white sandy beaches. 
 
Our pleasantly furnished apartment overlooks the communal pool. 
 
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with utility room.  
 
Dining/Lounge area has table and four chairs, sofa bed, TV with DVD and CD player.  
 
All rooms are nicely decorated with ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Both Bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room. There is a separate bathroom including shower.  
 
The balcony terrace equipped with table, chairs and loungers is south facing so you can watch the sun go down and sip your drink, read your book or just gaze across the horizon. 
 
There are two large communal lake style pools. You can wake up to a southerly aspect with views of the rolling hills. 
 
Private underground parking and storage available.
