A very spacious and well appointed 3 bedroomed Townhouse, situated on the prestigious 5* La Finca Golf Course. In the lounge there is seating for 6,a TV, Multi Region DVD Player with an assortment of films, there is also a Playstation 3 with a small assortment of games,the dining area also has seating for 6. The kitchen is well equipped with an Oven, a Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher and Washing Machine. The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes, drawers and ceiling fans. The upstairs bedroom has two single beds (when pushed together they make a large double)and an en-suite shower room. Downstairs there are two further bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin and a family bathroom with bath and shower. The house has Air Conditioning, and has a state of the art alarm system for your peace of mind. There are grills on all the doors and windows.

    • Outside the house on the ground floor you will find a terrace with table and chairs, and in the garden there is a BBQ, where you can enjoy alfresco dining. On the large upstairs solarium you will find 6 sunloungers and cushions, and a huge Awning to keep you comfortable in the midday sun. From the solariun there are breathtaking views over the Golf Course and to the Mountains. On site there is a communal pool 2 minutes walk away (just far enough away to be able to enjoy a siesta in the summer months!!). There is a gated Car Park close to the house. Also on the Complex there is an English Supermarket, Banks, restaurants and bars. The Large Town of Torrevieja is a 20 minute drive away, and is the host to hundreds of shops, bars, restaurants, a marina and daily markets. Just outside Torrevieja there is a Waterpark. If you need to do something a little bit more adventurous, why not try Benidorm, just over an hours drive away.

    • The 5* La Finca Course is a golfers paradise, also within 20 minutes drive there are numerous other Top Class Golf Courses such as Campoamor, Villa Martin and Las Ramblas. For non golfers the Costa Blanca coastline offers a host of white sandy beaches, the nearest being the blue flag beach at Guardamar, and within a 20 minute drive you will find beaches at Punta Prima, Campoamor and Playa Flamenca.

    Deposit 25% is required at time of booking. £100.00 refundable Loss/Damage deposit is required with final payment. Balance Due 6 weeks before arrival date. Cancellation will result in loss of deposit. Payment by Cheque or Bank Transfer. There will be a 75 Euro charge for cleaning and laundry, payable locally on arrival. If you wish to use the AirCon/Heating there will be an additional charge of £20.00 per week, payable when booking Welcome Packs available on request. Our Keyholder Shelly will meet you on arrival, hand you the keys, and show you around the house.
