Main Description
This luxury two bedroom first floor apartment is situated in a typical Spanish village and is close to beautiful sandy beaches, excellent golf courses, shops and restaurants.

The village of Heredades is typically Spanish, with a local shop, excellent butchers / deli, bakery and restaurant. It is easily reached being only a 25 - 30 minutes drive from Alicante and Murcia airports. The apartment is within easy reach of the nearest town, Almoradi (only 3km away) and the beautiful sandy beach and dunes of Guardamar (only 10km away.) The championship golf course of La Finca is less than 10km away. We have provided mountain bikes and helmets to enable you to explore the surrounding areas through orange and lemon groves.

The property is luxuriously furnished with quality furniture and fittings throughout. The private balcony overlooks the village street and a large private solarium on the roof affords wonderful views. The pool on the roof is shared by the 16 apartments, however in our experience, it has always been quiet.

There are a few restaurants, bars and small shops within easy walking distance but if you want large modern shopping facilities, Torrevieja is a 20 minute car ride away. Supermarkets are within a 5-10 minute drive, although we find the local shops fantastic quality and very inexpensive.

There is also a village playground and a large communal swimming pool situated a few minutes walk from the apartment.

In ealy August, the main street becomes alive with a fascinating village fiesta - day and night!! A real Spanish experience!!

Low Season Price : £245
High Season Price : £395 per Week

Please email or phone with your initial enquiry to ensure dates are still available. We will email you a booking form which should be returned wihtin 7 days with a 20% non-refundable deposit.The balance of the holiday must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure.

Payment can be by cheque or internet banking transfer.

Cancellation: Any cancellation of the holiday by the guests must be notified in writing. Cancellation notice received 28 days or more prior to departure will result in the loss of your deposit. Cancellation notice received between 14 and 28 days prior to departure will incur a charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the holiday and cancellation notice received less than 14 days prior to departure will incur a charge equal to the total cost of the holiday.

You should have adequate travel/holiday insurance which should include cover for cancellation.
