Ideally situated for golfing or beach holidays, our well appointed, spacious two bedroom, ground floor apartment is fully-furnished with large terrace, located only 30 minutes from either Alicante or Murcia airports and only 15 minutes from the coast.

This new apartment is situated within a gated complex where the communal swimming pool with shower facilities is set among private gardens. The communal walkways have decorative water features and fountains. The apartment has a designated underground car parking space with lift access.

There is a wide variety of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets only a short walk away within the town and many championship golf courses nearby.

A short stroll into Algorfa will lead you to many shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, internet access and banks. Why not walk down to the local supermarket and fill your own container full of local wine.

The picturesque square with its gardens and fountain is an ideal place for relaxing in one of the cafe bars. A weekly market is held in the Square on Wednesday morning, where you'll find handicrafts, leather goods and a wide selection of fruits and vegetables.

La Finca golf course is a few minutes drive away or a 10 minute walk along the picturesque promenade located by the orange groves. A new Clubhouse and 5 star hotel are under construction and will open in the near future. Villamartin, La Ramblas, La Marquesa and Campoamor golf courses are all close by.

The nearest beaches are at Guardamer del Segura, just 13km from Algorfa (15 minute drive)and have miles of golden sand and gentle waves. The promenade has many restaurants, bars and cafes where you can relax. The beautiful beach at La Marina is also about 15 minutes drive and is backed by protected forests and sand dunes. The busier beaches at Torrevieja are about 20 minutes drive away.

Orange and lemon groves line all the roads surrounding the village, ideal for an evening stroll. Just outside the village is a graceful and unusual nineteenth century church built in neo-gothic style.

The extraordinary weather in this part of the Costa Blanca ensures more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of between 18 and 20 degrees, giving visitors the option to enjoy the beaches and outdoor facilities throughout the year.

Situated some 30 minutes from Alicante or Murcia airports, Algorfa is a top destination for golf lovers, with many new courses only a short drive away. There are numerous beaches close by, many of which have the blue-flag rating, La Mata, Torrevieja and Guardamar are particular favourites. Algorfa enjoys a typically Mediterranean climate and the region boasts many citrus groves, including orange and lemon as well as olive trees.

During the summer months in particular the village is a hive of activity with many of the villagers having parties/barbecues in the streets. A 5 minute drive will take you to Quesada with all its nightlife.

Family entertainment includes bowling, go karts and water parks all based within easy driving distance.
