Vacation Rental Description
The property is located on La Finca Golf Course, which is easily accessed from Alicante and Murcia airports, both approximately 30 minutes drive away. This first floor luxurious apartment has stunning views to the pool, golf, and mountains and is furnished to a high standard. There are two bathrooms, (one en-suite), fully fitted modern kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area with table and four chairs. The two bedrooms are twins , however, the master bedroom can be made into a King size bed if required. The balcony which overlooks the pool leads to the roof terrace that provides a large private area to sunbathe during the day or to entertain well into the evening. The property is fitted with Air-Conditioning, heating, Iron/Ironing board, Satellite TV, DVD player with a selections of DVD's to watch. The apartment is suitable for families, couples or golfing enthusiasts. Please note, the apartment is non smoking but smoking is permitted on both balconies. 
If it is golf you enjoy La Finca is a 5* Championship golf course and a short distance from here you will find a selection of other golf courses including Villamartin, Las Ramblas and the famous La Manga Club. For non-golfers, the beaches of the Costa Blanca are easily accessible, the closest being the blue flag beaches of Guardamar, an easy 10 minutes away. There is an english supermarket on site aswell as a few bars and restaurants. More bars and restaurants can be found within 5 minutes drive and in the larger towns such as Torrevieja they can provide a wide range of facilities, including shopping, beaches, a water park, museums.

    • The Costa Blanca coast line has some of Spain's most beautiful beaches especially Guardamar and its lovely oasis of sand dunes, with lots of water sports and kitesurfing in the area. Visit one of the many water parks or head towards Benidorm to visit the theme parks - Terra Mitica or Terra Natura. Take a mud bath in the local salt lakes or just walk or cycle around the lakes and watch the flocks of flamingos. With so many fabulous restaurants to chose from you really are spoilt for choice. Visit the local village of Rojales to see the beautiful shell house , take a look at the caves which are used by local craftsmen to sell their wares to tourists. Head into the mountains to visit the hot springs or venture of the beaten track to find one of the many restaurants serving traditional Spanish food.

    A £100.00 refundable breakages deposit is required at time of booking. A non refundable 25% deposit is required at time of booking, For cancellations under 1 month 50% will be charged, under 2 weeks 75% will be charged. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Please note there will be a 50 Euro change over fee. Which needs to be left on departure. Welcome packs available Airport transfers and car hire available locally
