Luxry Golf Apartment on The Golf Complex This is a top floor 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room/dinning room apartment with a lovely sun terrace (out door table, chairs & sun bed) have panoramic view over the Alenda Golf Course, the mountains and the Mediterranean sea.
By the apartment entrance there are 3 communal swimming pools and it has a shallow pool for children.
The apartment is right next to the newly build Alend Golf Club House ( they do very nice coffee and tapas lunch) and Supermarket is in the complex.
It also has underground parking facilities and has lift to take you right up in front of our apartment.
Alenda Golf Course:-
The Alenda Golf course was designed and constructed by Roland Favrat and was completed in October 1999. This 18-hole, par 72 golf course covers a land area of 49 hectares, with 6257 metres and an excellent practice range. The first nine holes are fun and easy to play, with wide fairways (which is great for those tee shots), and bordered by indigenous vegetation (pine, olive, carob and palm trees). However, the next nine holes require greater concentration, as the round is more technical and precision will count more than distance, and where holes 17 and 18 will clearly be decisive in your final score. In 2004 Alenda Golf obtained the certificate of quality environmental management and was the first golf course in the province to do so,
Where the Alenda Golf Complex Apartment based has stunning, dramatic landscape and historic towns that the Alicante province has to offer. A tour through the relatively untapped countryside and its attractive, peaceful municipalities reveals that there is more to the province than the Costa Blanca with its beach bars and water sports (much as we enjoy those, too). Mountains with hidden caves, dense pine forest and arid desert give the visitor the impression of being somewhere else entirely - another part of Spain, perhaps, or even a different country - despite being just 15 minutes drive from Alicante city. Alicante city is famous for its miles of soft sandy beaches and breathtaking mountains, excellent weather (16 degrees in winter and 32 degrees in summer), palm trees. Alicante offers the life style that includes everything you need, but it is small enough to make it easy to get from one place to another. There are so many things to do in Alicante, many fantastic places to visit: museums, historical buildings, miles of beaches, Santa Barbara Castle, nearby towns, night entertainment, etc. NOt to mention the fantastic all year round weather. 10 minutes drive to Elche well known for its palm grove, the largest in Europe. When visiting Elche you must visit the Priest's garden, a magnificently cool haven of peace and tranquillity, with it's great variety of cacti, including the infamous "mother-in-law's cushion" and especially the imperial palm tree with it's seven branches. Other places of interest in the town are the archaeological museum, Basilica Santa Maria (climbing to the top for the wonderful views of Elche). 45 minutes drive to Castell de Guadalest (well worth a visit) has been declared a 'Monument of Historical and Artistic Value' and is a major tourist attraction in Spain. The town grew up around the fortress. Originally the population lived within the protection of the castle walls. The castle can only be entered by one small tunnel cut through the rock at the San Jose gate. The area inside the walls includes the ancient city dungeon, the bell tower, Saint Josep castle, the Orduña House, parish church and the Moorish fortified building called Alcozaiba. Also 45 minutes drive east to Benidorm and west to Murcia.
Stay in our apartment away from noisy city and crowded tall buildings and most importantly the excellent view over the mountains and golf course greens .
