Penthouse Alamos is a fabulous penthouse apartment with fantastic sea, beach and mountain views.
Vacation Rental Description
This fabulous Penthouse apartment is new to us for the 2012 season and can be booked for holidays immediately. Newly built and to a very high standard, the apartment is beautifully furnished with amazing views of the sea, beach, mountains and the town of Albir. Everything is within walking distance and the apartment is just one street behind the beautiful long promenade. Built recently, the apartment occupies the top two floors of this low rise building. The entrance hall leads you through to a beautiful large lounge with dining area. The lounge is modern with flat screen TV giving multi language channels and has a leather "L" shaped sofa. The dining area seats 4 people however there is seating for 6 people on the large terrace which opens off the lounge. The terrace has fantastic sea and beach views and views.
The kitchen is well equipped and has dishwasher, fridge freezer and modern units and you will also find a separate utility room which has a washing machine.
From the lounge, a marble staircase leads to the fantastic roof terrace with views all accross the bay to the famous rock landmark of Calpe further along the coast. For your pleasure, there is a jacuzzi giving you the opportunity to cool off in summer or relax in warm luxury during the winter.
There are 3 bedrooms with this apartment. The master suite has a dressing area with plenty of wardrobe space and safe. Doors slide open to private terrace which also has sea and beach views. You will find a wonderful en-suite shower room with hydromassage shower and "his and hers" double vanity sinks.
There are two twin bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and you will also find a family bathroom.
The apartment building has lift access to the private parking and access to the communal swimming pool which has plenty of area around for soaking up the sun.
This property is ideal for anyone wanting to book excellent quality accommodation in the heart of town where a car really is not necessary. The communal pool and private jacuzzi make this property ideal for guests at any time of the year. If all of that is not enough, just walk accross the road to the beach. WIFI internet available.
Facilities
Hairdryers, safes, baby equipment, etc. can be provided but these must be pre-booked. We can provide a daily maid service, midstay clean, chef & waitress to cook you a typical spanish meal of tapas and paella. We request that smoking is restricted to the outside areas.
Activities
Albir is a lively town with lots of restaurants, shops, café bars and supermarkets. Every Sunday morning there is a local market where you can purchase locally grown fruit and vegetables as well as local crafts. Well placed for the N332 or AP7 roads means that the other towns and villages are easily reached, there is also a regular bus service between Alir for Benidorm and Altea. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are within easy reach as is the golf course Villa Aitana or Don Cayo. Other golf courses on the Costa Blanca can be reached in well under an hour.
Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can all be done locally.

This villa is very popular amongst guests who do not wish to hire cars. It is within walking distance of the town of Albir where you will find all amenities including bus service to the neighbouring towns of Altea, Alfaz del Pi and Benidorm. Travel Options

- Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65 following the signs toAlbir on the N332. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Albir you may walk or take a short taxi drive from here. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged from as little as 60€ one way for 4 people including luggage, please enquire for larger parties. we can also arrange daily or weekly car rental although a car is not essential at this property. Alternative airport is Valencia which is just 1 hour 20 minutes from this property - check out flight offers and bargains available with your local low cost airline.

All prices quoted now include departure clean and laundry costs All bed linen and towels are provided at this property however you will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. A 20% (250 euro minimum)deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday. A refundable damage deposit of 500 euros will be required. Payments accepted by credit or debit card. Air conditioning will be payable locally by coin meter - 1 1/2 hours for just a 1€ for the full apartment. WIFI available - supplement of 20€uros per week.
