Lovely 1 bedroom apartment across the road from the beach and promenade of Albir.
Vacation Rental Description
This apartment is located across the road from the beach and promenade of Albir. There is a supermarket opposite, restaurant and bar below. There is also a bus stop on this road with regular service to Altea, Benidorm or Alfaz. The promenade of Albir is lined with restaurants, bars and shops and the town centre has all you would require including banks. The apartment is located in a purpose built holiday complex with communal swimming pool and private underground parking. The apartment is located on the second floor with lift access from the reception and car parking areas. There is a well fitted American style kitchen containing everything you would need. The lounge has a double sofa bed which could sleep an additional 2 people and there is a dining table seating 4 people. Sliding doors open to the terrace with table and 4 chairs. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath and the twin bedroom has a large picture window and built in wardrobes.
There is a communal pool within this complex and bar and restaurant located below. There is also secure underground parking.
Facilities
Please note: Baby equipment including cots and high chairs, safe, DVD, hairdryer can be available at the property but must be pre-booked . Bicycles, cars and boats can be hired by the day or by the week. We also offer welcome food hampers, special occasion hampers, airport transfers, car hire, and much more. Please ask us for information on the service you need to make your holiday perfect. Smokers welcome but requested to smoke on the terrace area.
Activities
Albir is a popular resort all year round with lots of restaurants, shops, café bars and supermarkets. Every Friday there is a local market at the neighbouring town of Alfaz del Pi where you can purchase locally grown fruit and vegetables as well as local crafts. Albir is also famous for its summer film Festival where a huge screen is placed on the beach for all to view a variety of films. Well placed for the N332 or AP7 roads means that the other towns and villages are easily reached, there is also a regular bus service linking Albir to Benidorm, Alfaz and Altea.
Benidorm beaches and nightlife extraordinaire are just a 10 minute drive away.
The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course VillaAitana or Don Cayo. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour.

This villa is very popular amongst guests who do not wish to hire cars. It is within walking distance of the town of Albir where you will find all amenities including bus service to the neighbouring towns of Altea, Alfaz del Pi and Benidorm. Travel Options
- Nearest Airport : Alicante at 45 kilometers distance;
- Nearest Train Station : Albir at 2 kilometers distance
- Nearest Town : Albir at 0 kilometers distance
- Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 minutes) the property is then approximately 10 minutes from junction 65 following the signs to Alfaz del Pi and Albir on the N332. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Alfaz del Pi, you will need to take a short taxi drive from this station. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged as can daily or weekly car rental. Flights into Valencia airport will give you a drive of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, again following the AP7 motorway until you reach junction 65.

We are also able to offer airport transfers ie. up to 4 people plus luggage 60 euros each way (please ask prices for larger parties), car hire, mid week cleaning, maid service, welcome food packs, special occasion or anniversary packs, golf bookings, cycle hire and excursions plus much more, if you require any of these services please do contact us for details. Departure clean included in quoted prices, all bedding and towels are provided in this property however a small per person charge will be made for laundry on departure. A 20% (250 euro minimum) deposit secures a reservation with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A 250 euro breakage deposit will be required refundable after your stay. Payment can be made by debit or credit card.
