This apartment is located across the road from the beach and promenade of Albir. There is a supermarket opposite, restaurant and bar below. There is also a bus stop on this road with regular service to Altea, Benidorm or Alfaz. The promenade of Albir is lined with restaurants, bars and shops and the town centre has all you would require including banks. The apartment is located in a purpose built holiday complex with communal swimming pool and private underground parking.
The apartment is located on the second floor with lift access from the reception and car parking areas. There is a well fitted American style kitchen containing everything you would need. The lounge has a double sofa bed which could sleep an additional 2 people and there is a dining table seating 4 people. Sliding doors open to the terrace with table and 4 chairs. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath and the twin bedroom has a large picture window and built in wardrobes.
There is a communal pool within this complex and bar and restaurant located below. There is also secure underground parking.

Albir is a popular resort all year round with lots of restaurants, shops, café bars and supermarkets. Every Friday there is a local market at the neighbouring town of Alfaz del Pi where you can purchase locally grown fruit and vegetables as well as local crafts. Albir is also famous for its summer film Festival where a huge screen is placed on the beach for all to view a variety of films. Well placed for the N332 or AP7 roads means that the other towns and villages are easily reached, there is also a regular bus service linking Albir to Benidorm, Alfaz and Altea.
Benidorm beaches and nightlife extraordinaire are just a 10 minute drive away.
The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course VillaAitana or Don Cayo. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour.

Long term winter rental also available. We are also able to offer airport transfers ie. up to 4 people plus luggage 60 euros each way (please ask prices for larger parties), car hire, mid week cleaning, maid service, welcome food packs, special occasion or anniversary packs, golf bookings, cycle hire and excursions plus much more, if you require any of these services please do contact us for details. All bedding and towels are provided in this property however a small charge will be made for departure clean and laundry.
A 20% (250 euro minimum) deposit secures a reservation with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A 250 euro breakage deposit will be required refundable after your stay. Payment can be made by debit or credit card.
