Located on the North Coast tourist area at the end of a particular road 250 meters from the beach, a distance of 4 km from the center of Vinaros. Supermarket and restaurant at 150 meters.  
Closed plot of 500 m2 with a pool (7mx3m)and a garden with palm trees, shrubs and flowering plants. 
The hous has a wide terrace with outdoor furniture. Garage and barbecue. 
The house has all the equipment needed to enjoy your holidays. The large living room with fireplace is overlooking the garden. It has TV with satellite. 
The house has 3 bedrooms, principal bedroom with doble bed, one with two single beds and one single single bedroom all with fitted wardrobes. Fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, oven, coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom with bathtub where tou can also find the washing maschine. 
The house is on a quiet area, perfect to rest.

    • Vinaròs, town situated in the province of Castellón de la Plana to the border with Cataluña, 110 km south of Tarragona and 150 km north of Valencia. It’s climate is warm throughout the year. In summer you can enjoy it’s many beaches and cover, sand and rock. Besides de cultivation of citrus trees, Vinaròs lives of fishing, this show is it’s large port and market a wide range of fish and shellfish. It’s Gothic church façade and is situated in the center of town. There is the great bullring, with a diameter of 44,5 m is one of the largest in Spain. The promenade in the heart of Vinaròs, surrounded by restaurants and cafes in the summer create an atmosphere full of live. You can practice sailing, surfing, boat hire, tennis and golf, situated 10 km field of Vinaròs. In summer, the town celebrates the festival with severals musical events
