The apartment is a recently constructed, high quality and fully equipped, Swiss built apartment with swimming pool and south facing balcony which overlooks the 8th fairway on Panoramica Golf Course.This 18 hole, par 72 Championship course was designed by Bernhard Langer, the 2004 Ryder Cup Captain, with extensive Training facilities on offer, making Panoramica course one of the best in Europe.The course has hosted the Spanish Ladies Open Championship in 2005,2006,2008 and 2009. 
The Apartment and Golf course are nestled amongst fields of Orange and Olive groves only a few kilometres from the sea and fishing ports of Vinaros and Benicarlo, where an abundance of beautiful beaches and secluded coves can be found. From the South facing balcony, you can enjoy sun all day, view the mountains inland or watch the golfers playing the 8th hole. 
The apartment is tastefully furnished to a high quality, a lovely south facing terrace overlooking the golf course, swimming pool and gardens

A superb golf course to play and practice.15 minutes away is the Vinaros coast with great beaches and coves.Easy train or car access to Barcelona or Valencia.Enjoy the Costa Del Azahar - which means the Orange Blossom Coast

    Ross & Lynda at home in Spain Panoramica Golf apartment

    Initially we were influenced by the wonderful Panoramica golf course designed by Bernhard Langer 15 years ago. A limited number of properties were built around the course on the front line and our property overlooked the 8th tee and fairway. The Olivos del Sol development was high quality with superb gardens and pool.
    We lived in the apartment for 6 months furnishing it exactly as we wanted to a high standard and then made it available for renting.
    The area is really lovely with mountain ranges behind the property and the sea just a few miles away with extensive bays and beaches,and a very interesting town of Vinaros with many restaurants. It is not only golfers we attract and many visitors have been families coming to enjoy the facilities.
