Vacation Rental Description
A modern, airy 2 bedroom apartment located directly on one of Spain's top golf courses, designed by Bernard Langer. Entertain your family and friends on the large sun terrasse complete with bbq, sun loungers and deck chairs while the pool is just steps away. Inside, the lounge room with two sofas allows for plenty of relaxation, with a separate kitchen and dining are adjacent. The bathroom is clean and modern with one sink and a bath/shower and WC. The property comes with an assigned parking space within the security gates. Both bedrooms have views, one of the golf course and the other of the orange groves and the mountains in the distance. The town of Vinaros with it's own marina and sandy beaches is only 9km away.
Facilities
The property benefits from two eating areas, in the living room and also in the kitchen. For winter stays, we provide several oil burning heaters and in summer each room can be air conditioned.
Activities
The apartment is located within the Panoramica Golf complex, which allows non members to play it's course and eat at the restaurant and bar in the club house. Vinaros, only 9km away has a new waterfront promenade and marina and several sandy beaches. In vinaros there are several good restaurants, fresh produce markets and shopping streets. Larger international supermarkets are located out the outskirts of Vinaros. Additionally, in the historic town of Peniscola only 20km away there are several good restaurants in the fortressed old town, overlooking the ocean. The nearby Ebro Delta region is a fantastic area to explore, bicycle rental companies are located in this area and it also offers flamingo watching huts and a great, long beach for kite flying. Inland from the apartment, the area of the Pobla de Benifassa offers excellent walking and canoe hire opportunities around the water reserve in the mountains.

A 25% deposit (non refundable) is required on booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. An additional fixed service charge of €60 is required for each week booked.
