Vacation Rental Description
Villa del Pinar in quiet residential Zona Barbiguera is located just 3 minutes walk from the beach, yet only 3km away on the north side of town Vinaros. With the link of a coastal bus route, the villa is ideal for a self-catering family which has easy access to all amenities in town, including many super or hypermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl, Carrefour, Sabeco and Eroski), fruit and fish markets and many excellent cafes, bars and restaurants of all tastes for eating out. Or perhaps just go out for a quick meal with the kids at Burger King or McDonald's on the main road N340 next to Carrefour. The villa benefits from having an integral garage in the front leading to a lounge, kitchen and a double bedroom on the ground floor with a convenient shower & WC suitable for elder couples. The master bedroom and one further double bedroom are upstairs with a main bathroom with separate shower enclosure. There is a balcony terrace from the master bedroom overlooking the swimming pool with a glimpse of the sea just 150 meters away.
For added security and comfort, all doors and windows of the villa are fully double glazed and protected with shutters together with an intruder house alarm. The garage door is fully automated with remote control provided.The kitchen is well equipped too with an electric hob and oven, automatic rice cooker, deep fat fryer and an electric wok.
The villa is well looked after by our English couple and the swimming pool is regularly cleaned by a pool specialist.
HOW TO GET THERE:
Fly to nearest Airport Reus (Near Salou):
-Take the motorway AP-7 or coastal road N-340, you should reach Vinaros in an hour from the North.
Alternative airports:-
Barcelona Airport - About 2 hours drive from the North.
Valencia Airport - Under 2 hours from the South.
Cheap flights available from ryanair.com, easyjet.com, thomsonfly.com or clickair.com from major U.K airports.
Car hire available from www.doyouspain.co.uk or www.economycarhire.co.uk
-Hiring a small family car at Airport Reus (pick-up and return at terminal carpark) is about £12 a day including insurance.
By Road:
Ap-7 Motorway: from the North, exit 41(Amposta then follow N-340 south to Vinaros) and from the South, exit 43 (Peñíscola - Benicarló - Vinaròs).
Main National Roads N-340 and N-232.
Facilities
Entertainment center includes British Sky+ Satellite, 37inch LCD HD TV, multi-region DVD player with USB and 3-in-1 memory card slots, Nintendo N64 games. Sun beds and outdoor dining table and chairs are provided by the pool. Two beach fishing rods and two mountain bikes are provided for our guests to explore the area.
