3 Bedroom Townhouse in Oliva

Casa Avalon is a town house situated in the old town of Oliva. It has been refurbished to modern standards, but retains the character of the original house. There are numerous bars restaurants and shops all within a short walking distance. The beach is approx 3 kms from the house and is truly fabulous, and one of the few in the region that has not been over developed.  
The area is surrounded with orange groves, and with the local terrain being mostly flat it lends itself to being explored by bicycle, there are two at the house for this purpose. 
Oliva sits between Alicante and Valencia and these are the most accessible airports, it is quite easy to travel to the house by train if using Valencia. 
The property is spacious with lots of outside areas to soak up the sun or sit in the shade. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 have air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. There is a large kitchen and seperate utility area with all the necessary items. 
The large store room contains contains a washing machine and beach chairs etc. above it is the old art studio which if required can be used as another bedroom, a mid terrace connects the studio to an upstairs bedroom. 
A barbecue house sits in the rear patio and if you like to dine al fresco, this is the ideal spot.

There are two bicycles for use at the house along with beach chairs, buckets and spades for the kids. Bed linen and towels provided, but if please supply your own towels for the beach.
