Club Sevilla II is situated on the prestigious Oliva Nova Golf & Beach Complex adjacent to the golf course and within walking distance of the beautiful white sandy beaches. The resort has much to offer with a variety of interesting acitivities, including an 18 hole Oliva Nova golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros, golf range, par 3 five hole mini course, golf academy, tennis courts and children's playground. The four star Oliva Nova Hotel has all the luxury facilities that appeal to a wide range of visitors and the commericial complex has a variety of shops, bank, bars and medical facilities. The resort is quietly situated between the town of Oliva and Denia, both with marinas and plenty of water based activities. There are many tourist attractions within easy reach, but also the city of Valencia is only one hour away by train or car.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a two level block within the community complex and has a beautiful butterfly shaped swimming pool with childrens paddling pool right outside the back door. Views from the front overlook olive trees and the spectacular mountain range. The apartment is well equipped and furnished comfortably, with two double bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite, and the other with two single beds and a separate bathroom. There is an L shaped lounge with TV, DVD,air conditioning and an American kitchen with all mod cons.

The Oliva Nova Complex is situated around the golf course, with a mixture of villas, apartments and 6 storey high flats. A 10 minutes walk past the golf course and olive and lemon groves will take you to the protected unspoilt blue flag beaches and sand dunes, where there is miles of white sand. Within a 5 minute drive is the nearest historic town of Oliva, where a typical Spanish way of life can be enjoyed, especially with the fiestas and weekly markets. Nearby is Denia where the port serves daily crossings to the Balearic Islands and there is a train station which serves the entire Costa Blanca region. Benidorm is approximately 45 minutes drive away where there are numerous theme parks to amuse both young and old. Valencia is an hours drive or a train trip from Gandia.
