Vacation Rental Description
A newly refurbished 3 bedroom apartment situated in Platja de Piles, just 100 metres from the beautiful Blue Flag Costa Azahar beach. Fitted kitchen, newly built bathroom and 9 metre balcony. The apartment is on the second floor with a new lift due to be installed in 2010. At just under 120 square metres, it offers spacious accomodation for a relaxing family holiday by the warm Mediterrainan Sea. In the summer months, you can expect a lively atmosphere in this qauint Spanish resort. Outside of the main season, you can expect a more tranquil and relaxing environment.

All bedrooms are double sized, sleeping 6 people in 1 with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has storage facilities and front facing windows with views to the mountains. The kitchen and bathroom are both new, the kitchen being well equiped with a new gas cooker, electric kettle, toaster and large fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a walk in shower, wc and wash basin. With an on demand boiler, you can all shower without fighting over "who goes first". The lounge/dinning area have a large dinning table, 8 chairs and 2 settes. There is also a TV, DVD player,HI FI and selection of films and CD's.

    • All bed linen is provided and changed weekly. Towels are provided for your use in the apartment, but beach towels are not. There is also a good number of DVDs and CDs for your use.

    • The resort itself is very family orientated and a favorite destination for the Spaniards. The beautiful sandy beach stretches for 6 miles and is safe for bathing and swimming. For those who prefer, there are varoius theme parks at Benidorm, just 35 miles away and in nearby Cullera (20 miles), is Aqualand, a very well run water park that is iseal for a family day out. 1km from the apartment is the local community pool which is perfect for a break from the beach if you feel the need. The Oliva Nova golf course ( designed by Seve Ballesteros) is just 6 miles away and is available for day players. The resort has numerous restaurants that serve fabulous traditional Spanish cuisine, with the emphasis on local dishes. Most restaurants have a varied menu and all cater well for children and adults alike. If you prefer to cater for yourself, there is a large supermarket in the village as well as bakers, fishmongers and butchers.

Please note that we do not provide beach towels and ask that the towels in the apartment are not taken to the beach. A deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking and breakage/policy deposit of 100 Euros is payable locally. Cleaning is not included and if the property is not left in a clean and tidy condition, a charge of 50 euros will be deducted from your policy deposit. Maximum of 6 people and we do not accept bookings from all male or female parties unless by prior arrangement. Longer term rentals are available on request.
