Main Description
The stable has been sympathetically converted into delightful holiday accomodation for 2 people. The ground floor comprises of the bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room and kitchen area with facilities consisting of microwave, electric hotplate, toaster, kettle and fridge. In the courtyard there is a barbeque. External stairs lead to the 1st floor where there is a comfortable sitting room which offers tv/dvd, board games and books.

The internal stairs lead to the roof terrace with lovely views of the mountains and nearby village of Rotova. Alfauir has a small supermarket, a chemists and bakery all close at hand. There are 2 bars and during the high summer the new swimming pool is open. The village of Rotova is a 5 minute walk away and has 4 bars where traditional and international food is available.

Set in a small spanish village, 12kms from the sea, the Little House is located in the courtyard of a large townhouse on the village square. The village of 400 residents is surrounded by orange groves and mountains providing an ideal base for exploring surrounding countryside and historic towns. The mountains also provide a great place for walkers.
There is a small supermarket, a chemist, a bakers,a hairdresser and two bars. There is also an outdoor swimming pool which is open from mid June to mid September In the nearby town of Gandia are many fine shops and bars. A regular train service runs freguently to Valencia where you can enjoy a variety of things to entertain you. There are historic towns inland from Gandia which offer an interesting day out. To be able to appreciate all there is, it really is neccessary to hire a car to obtain maximum enjoyment from your holiday.

- Bookings taken from Saturday to Saturday.
A £50.00 deposit is required on booking. The full amount is payable 6 weeks before arrival date (do not deduct the £50.00 deposit as this will be returned to you 2 weeks after you return from your holiday, subject to breakages)

- Household linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towel
