Beautiful Spanish Townhouse converted to provide modern, bright and clean facilities on a room only basis or self catering in one of our large studios with a kitchen. All rooms have airconditioning/heating, spacious ensuite facilities, plenty of storage space and natural light. We pride ourselves on the clean and airy accommodation which is recommended by the Valencian Tourist Board and has been awarded a silver star by the Institute of Hospitality. We have a sunny roof terrace and a seating area for reading or watching dvd´s should the weather not live up to expectations. Use of the washing machine, iron etc all available.

We are 45 minutes from Valencia city home to the City of Arts and Sciences. The city also plays host to the Americas Cup and the F1 Grand Prix. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Mundomar and Terra Natura are also 45 minutes south towards Alicante. However, the beach in Oliva is hard to beat when it comes to a place to relax and enjoy the wonderful weather in Oliva. No high rise buildings or the usual seaside trappings but an old world charm where the fishermens houses lead straight onto the beach.

The studio rooms have a kitchen area with hob, fridge, sink and all crockery and cutlery necessary for your stay. They are perfect for anyone wishing to have the comfort of owners on the premises whilst retaining their independence. On the 3rd floor we have an area with a washing machine and microwave for use of all our guests. We also have tv and dvd on this level. This leads directly onto the roof terrace where you can sit and relax.

Low Season Price : €30 High Season Price : €55 per Day
We require one nights deposit paid in advance via the Paypal link on our website. Deposits are non refundable. Balance of payment to be made 14 days prior to arrival. For stays of 7 days or longer we offer very special rates. Please contact us to discuss further.
