The Apartment is located on the fifth floor of Vistamar III on the beachfront. It is fully furnished and contains 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and cold/hot air conditioning
There is a private communal swimming pool for adults and children and a secure playing area
The comfortable lounge contains a sofa bed and dining for 4 people
TV & DVD system
A balcony with table and chairs offers views of the sea at the front and mountains towards the rear
Master bedroom has a double bed, ample storage space and an ensuite.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a large built in wardrobe.
Ensuite contains a hydromassage bath and the second bathroom has a shower unit

Activities
The Marina D'or Holiday Resort is the largest tourism resort in the Valencia region located in the historic Spanish town of Oropesa del Mar near Castellon on the Costa Azahar.
The magnificent golden beaches on the Mediterranean are bordered by immaculate landscaped gardens.
Marina D'or boasts the largest seawater spa facility in Europe, water sports, bars, boutiques and night-life entertainment
Beautiful landscaped gardens complete with lakes, waterfalls, fountains and exotic vegetation from 5 different continents make up a totally green area of more than 100,000m2
Within this space, which extends the full length of the beach, are walks, children's play areas and an open air theatre and concert area. There are koi carp swimming around with swans and peacocks in the area. Bands play in the summer evenings and the area is beautifully illuminated.

Rental rates are per week for the apartment and are charged in pounds sterling. Part weeks are considered. We can provisionally reserve dates for you whilst you arrange your flights. A non-refundable deposit of £75 per week booked is required to secure the accommodation and the balance is due 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £100 is also required along with your final payment. This is repayable to you at the end of your holiday as soon as we have confirmation from Spain that no damage has occurred
