This modern luxury apartment located on a beach resort of Marina d’Or at Oropesa del Mar. The third floor south facing apartment is just a few minutes walk (about 250 metres) from the beach, local supermarket and restaurants. Each floor is accessible with a lift and has a wheel chair ramp from the street level.  
 
The town of Benicassim is about 15 minutes drive away, ideal for the Music FIB Festivals. 
 
The apartment is fully furnished with heater/air conditioning, which includes lounge/diner, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs.  
 
The gated communal pool area (only open during the summer months) has a separate children’s pool and toilet facilities. The children’s play area is only used by those staying in the block. Also each block has private underground parking. 
 
In the nearby town of Oropesa del Mar a short drive away, you will find all the facilities of a Spanish town.

Costa Azahar also known as the ‘Orange Blossom Coast’ has many tourist features along its coast line, Marina d’Or being an ideal location. Oropesa del Mar is about 2 Km from the Marina d'Or resort and meets all the requiremnets of an excellent tourist destination. An historical town with its monuments, festivals and traditions not to forget the fine sandy beaches. 
 
The Oropesa mountain can be seen from the balcony of the apartment, this makes it ideal for an all year round moderate climate. Within the apartment block is a friendly bar restaurant the 'Befree', a good place to try out your Spanish with the owner who occasionally and with much Patients, corrected my broken Spanish. 
 
Close to Marina d'Or is lovely harbour town, Alcossebre, you will find many water front restaurants. I would recommend 'Cheers Restaurant' if visiting the area.
