Vacation Rental Description
This superb villa, beautifully furnished is idyllically situated 5 minutes drive from Alcossebre and Las Fuentes.  
 
Accommodation is on two floors, with a master bedroom and ensuite shower roomon the ground floor with its own balcony and with direct access to the private pool. Two further twin bedrooms are on the first floor, along with a family bathroom. Also on this floor are the lounge, dining room with tv/dvd player and access to a large balcony with patio table and chairs for al fresco dining. Sunsets are spectacular from this balcony. 
 
The pool is very private and there is seating for six, plus a parasol, much needed as there is sun all day in this area. 
 
There is private off road parking. Please note a car is essential for access to this property. It is possible to walk to the town, this takes about 45 minutes, but the walk back is up a steep hill! 
 
The villa is a short 5 minute drive to the town, with iss beautiful blue flag beaches and marina. Alcossebre has many supermarkets and small shops and facilities, including a health centre. 
 
A massive, well stocked market runs every Tuesday afternoon/evening in the summer months selling everything from local fruit and vegetables to clothes and souvenirs. There are numerous restaurants and cafes also. 
 
Good shopping can be found in Castellon, with its own El Cortes Ingles department store and many other shops. Castellon is a 45 minute drive away from Alcossebre. 
 
There are three airports serving the area, Barcelona, Reus and Valencia, all served by low cost airlines.

    • Towels and linen for each party are included in the property. The property is cleaned before and after each visit. Beach towels are NOT provided. The swimming pool and garden are maintained weekly. The property is accessed through a small flight of stairs and is unsuitable for the disabled.

    Booking notes 20% non refundable deposit at time of booking. Balance payable six weeks before delivery, along with separate security deposit of £300. The deposit will not be cashed (unless there is damange) and will be returned a week after your return. Method of payment: Cheques or bank transfers only. Payments in euros also accepted, with appropriate conversion rates used.
