Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with a double wardrobe,2 bedside tables and a fan.Both bedrooms have a mirror.
There is an American style open kitchen with oven,4 ring hob,microwave,fridge freezer,washing machine,kettle,toaster,crockery,cutlery and pans.
The bathroom has a fully enclosed shower cubicle,WC,bidet,wash basin and shaver socket.
The lounge/dining room has two 3 seater sofas and an armchair with a 4 seater dining table.A portable radiator is available for use in the bathroom and 2nd bedroom. There is satellite TV covering all English channels plus sport.We provide a CD/radio and cassette player with a selection of tapes.
Leading from the lounge there is a balcony with patio furniture including a 4 seater table,6 chairs (2 reclining) and 2 parasols.Steps lead up to the huge roof top terrace with 360 degree views of the countryside and mountains.On the patio is a store cupboard which houses the cleaning essentials.
Towels and bedlinen are included (not beach towels)The apartment is cleaned before and after each tenancy by a neighbour to whom a 40 euro fee is payable.A welcome pack is available on request.

The apartment is in an ideal position to explore the beaches, countryside and mountains of the area.We are only 30-35 minutes away from Alicante and Murcia airports via the A7 motorway which are both served by most of the budget airlines.
We are 20 minutes drive from the 15 km long blue flag beach of Guardamar with its numerous restaurants and shops.Torrevieja with its beaches and harbour is a 25 minute drive.The capital of the area,Orihuela, is well worth a visit and is only 7 minutes away.If you prefer bustling Benidorm,this can be reached in 1 1/4 hours.Algorfa,and the finca golf course is only 7-8 minutes away.The large town of Almoradi,with it's huge Saturday market ,is 8 minutes away.A large restaurant complex including English,Italian,Chinese and Indian is 15 minutes away in Benimar.
