Main Description

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a double bed, side tables and a wardrobe (coat hangers are provided). The main bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink is next door to this bedroom. There is a second toilet and sink opposite the second bedroom. This cloakroom also contains the hot water boiler and washing machine.

The second bedroom contains two single beds, a side table and a wardrobe (coat hangers are provided). The main living area has a comfortable sofa, coffee table and a dining table with 4 chairs. There is also a cupboard for storage and a TV. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven and hob and extractor fan. There are plenty of plates, dishes, pots and pans etc for self catering. There is a kettle and a toaster as well.

The apartment is nicely finished with marble flooring and granite kitchen worktop.

The balcony is small with space to dry washing and sit out. The apartment faces east so gets the morning sun.

The pool area is situated in a sheltered and sunny location and so its a very pleasant place to relax as well as swim. The pool is open all year round.

The cleaner provides towels and bed linen and cleans the apartment before every visit. Please bring your own beach towels.

Calpe is an excellent base for many activities such as rock climbing, hiking, snorkelling and biking. As Calpe is only a short distance from Benidorm there are plenty of extra amenities to tap into. Most noticeably the theme parks and golf courses close to Benidorm. Calpe has some great sandy beaches and the nearest is a 10 minute walk away, however this approach is hilly and some visitors may prefer to drive to the top of the hill and stroll down to the sea instead. Its worth exploring the other beaches close to Calpe and finding your favourite.

Those who choose to hire a car will benefit from the ease of exploring the rural villages inland from the coast. Recommended trips include the Jalon Valley, renowned for its wine growing and orange groves and Sella, a hilltop village close to some stunning walks. There are walking and climbing guides available from outdoor retailers in the UK that cover the northern Costa Blanca.

The apartment is situated on a small complex in a quiet residential area of Calpe. As Calpe is not just a holiday resort but a thriving town by the sea there are plenty of amenities available all year round. These include: supermarkets, petrol stations, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.

The apartment itself is in excellent condition and is cleaned before every visit. Bedding and towels are provided for up to 4 people. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans and utensils so that self catering is easy. The lounge and dining area is a combined space making for very sociable evenings. There is a spacious bathroom incorporating a bath and shower and a very useful second toilet in the cloakroom.

There is an attractive communal pool and next to this a baby/toddler pool. Sun loungers are provided and are situated round the pool area. The apartment has a small balcony facing east and a good view of the sea.

A £50 deposit is required to secure the booking. A further £50 deposit is required for potential breakage/damage. Once inspected this deposit is returned minus any breakages/damage costs if these have occurred.
The full amount is due one month before departure payable by cheque to 'Gillian Heys'. Once a cheque has cleared, keys are posted to your most convenient address in the UK.

If you have to cancel your holiday, I will retain the £50 deposit, but refund the rest of the money.
