It is five minutes from the traditional Spanish town of Fuente Alamo, 25 minutes from the lovely beaches of Mazarron yet surrounded by mountains and farmlands.

Fuente Alamo has all your needs, from supermarkets, to a market on Saturdays and even a Chinese Restaurant.

Hacienda del Alamo has its own restaurant and cafe bar, and will soon have its own Spanish Village on site.

Cartegena is only 20min drive and has larger supermarkets and restaurants if you want to venture further afield.

High Season Price : £645 per Week

There will be deposit of £100 for the Villa against breakages or damage caused during the rental period. In the event of any charges being made you will be advised in writing, otherwise the deposit will be returned to you a few days of you vacating the Villa.

If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel the whole or part of the booking once it has been confirmed, we must be informed in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:

Prior to 8 weeks: Loss of deposit only.

Between 4 and 8 weeks: Loss of half a total rental charge.

Less than 4 weeks: Loss of total rental charge.
