A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking within 7 days. A separate security deposit of £100 is required, to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival,along with the balance. This will be used as a security bond and returned on departure after the apartment has been inspected, subject to no breakages or damage. A Cleaning fee is included in the price
A welcome pack is provided including - tea,coffee,milk,sugar,water,fruitjuice,toilet roll,biscuits,bread and yoghurt

1st september - 31st May minimum of 3 nights stay available

The advertised price includes cleaning at the end of your stay
Bed linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis. If you are on a two week stay or longer and would like an additional clean during your stay this can be provided for an extra cost of 50 euros (payable locally)

Tranquility is just what it promised : rest, rest and rest. Thanks to the owners, thanks to the peaceful surroundings we had a wonderful time. The "plancha" has been used extensively. Murcia is a nice quiet but real city with an impressive cathedral of many different styles. So, we will come back ! Waldy, Christina & Myra, Holland.

We loved staying here in the campo. It's a beautiful house which has everything. Your hospitality was great, with all the foods and drinks you had when we arrived. From all the holiday houses we stayed in, Tranquility was really the best so far !! Everything was perfect, even the weather. The owners were very helpful and friendly - thanks for the wonderful paella - and Zac was the perfect buddy for the kids. The accomodation is like it should be, everything perfectly done, with a lot of space. A nice swimming pool and even a lovely outdoor kitchen which we often used. Tranquility
We found this beautiful area in 2004 and spent 18 months of hard work completely renovating a ruin which we aptly named Tranquility. We started to rent Tranquility One and Two in 2006 and still continue to do so. We have had guests returning as much as three times to stay with us and they have in turn introduced Tranquility to their family and friends.
We - the owners live on site (we want to enjoy this beautiful area too !) but totally respect your privacy. We are on hand though should you need us for anything and are happy to recommend places to visit and most importantly nearby restaurants to enjoy !
We take great pride in our home and garden, make sure that the garden and surrounding land is carefully tended and the pool is always in pristine condition. We invite you to share our experience in the beautiful countryside of Murcia for a holiday to remember......
