The property offers all garden furniture and sun beds. There is also a BBQ area. Fans are provided in all rooms. There is a roof terrace which offers panoramic views of the sea, mountains and Torrevieja. Within the location there are three golf courses within 10 minute drive; Las Ramblas; Villamartin and Royal Campoamar. The beaches are within a short drive, the nearest being La Zenia, which is a wide flat safe blue flag beach with showers, toilets and beach bars. Torrevieja itself has a variety of good shops and many bars and resturancts, parallel to the night market is a fairground which is open most of the years. Torrevieja is very family orientated.

    Property Prices Per Week 2008 Low Season October to March £295.00 Mid Season April to May £395.00 High Season June to September £620.00 Full payment is required 6 weeks before departure and a 50% deposit is required on booking. Bookings are only Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed. A £50.00 breakage deposit is also required and will be returned subject to inspection and key return.
