The villa has 3 bedrooms and is set out over 3 storeys. The first floor has a living room / diner, twin bedroom, seperate kitchen, small utility / storage room, and bathroom with a shower.  
 
The kitchen has all the utilities of home. Microwave, washer, oven and hob, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer etc. The property also has a DVD player, mini hifi and cable tv with english channels including some sky sports and movie channels. 
 
The second floor has another bathroom with a bath and over-bath shower, twin bedroom and double bedroom. The double has a door out to a large terrace for sunbathing and patio furniture. 
 
The third floor is a large solarium for sunbathing. The front of the property has parking for 2 cars, and a small terrace, slightly undercover, again with patio furniture.

Notes on rental rates - A 20% non-refundable deposit is required - minimum of £100 to secure booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. If your arrival date is within 8 weeks of booking then full payment is required. Cancellation policy - Up to 8 weeks of arrival date - no charge (except non-refundable deposit), 4 - 8 weeks 50% of total payment refunded, less than 2 weeks - no refund given.
