The villa is fully air-conditioned with marble floors and surfaces throughout. It has a lounge and dining area, a king-sized and a twin bedroom, an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs shower room. The bedrooms have balcony views to the 10th fairway of Roda golf course. The villa is also equipped with sofa-bed, widescreen TV with English and Spanish channels, DVD, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washer-dryer, iron, ironing board, bed linen and towels. There are 4 sets of golf clubs for residents to use (SAVE £320 OFF RYANAIR BAGGAGE FEES) as well as 4 paddle tennis racquets, 2 tennis racquets and 4 sun loungers. There are also games and a collection of DVDs. 
 
The terrace is south-facing and overlooks the swimming pool which is shared with a small number of neighbouring properties. The villa is ten minutes walk from the shop, club house and restaurant.
