La Casa is located in the impressive residential development of the United Golf Resorts La Tercia complex in beautiful countryside in the south-eastern part of provincial Murcia. La Tercia is surrounded by abundant groves of orange, lemon, olive and almond trees, creating a truly wonderful setting. However, it is also only a short 15 minute or so drive to the blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor and the Costa Calida and Murcia Airport and about 50 minutes drive to Alicante Airport. This luxury resort will also be complemented by its own commercial centre comprising a range of shops and restaurants (not yet open) , as well as the Casa Club house hosting its bar and small restaurant, various communal pools, tennis courts, paddle court, children’s play areas, football pitch and bowling green. Most of these facilities are in place and tennis racquets and bowling woods are available for hire. There is a small supermarket along with a Sports bar.

All linen and towels are provided together with hairdryers for each bathroom. The solarium is equipped for outside dining with a built in BBQ, pergola, sun loungers. The terrace is also equipped for outside dining with seating and table for 6. If you need nursery equipment then please ask. We also provide pool towels and a cool box and pool chairs for use at the swimming pool. If you want to take your iPod or MP3 then we provide a docking station/speaker system. Golf Clubs may be provided on request together with tennis racquets etc.

The resort features its own 9 hole golf course and has Spain's first aqua driving range - its a truly wonderful setting with stunning views to the Carrascoy Mountains. On site there are tennis courts and green bowling facilities plus the Casa Club House restaurant and bar plus various community pools and children's play areas. Its an ideal place to cycle and we can provide information about cycle hire. There is a small Spar shop on site which stocks a wide range of goods from charcoal to ice cream and all the essentials you will need with further grocery stores in La Tercia Village or larger outle ts in nearby Balsicas, Roldan, Sucina or hypermarkets in San Javier or Los Alcazares.
