the apartment is modern and fully equipped with all your needs,washing machine,Sky tv. air conditioning, lounge area,shower room, 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed for extra guests. All bed linen and towels are provided. It has it's own terrace which looks over the pool, childrens pool and the bowels green. Tierra de Sol is a small tranquil complex which hosts a swimming pool and bowling green and pleasant gardens to stroll around, it is a gated area and only those living or visiting Tierra de Sol are allowed to use these facilities. This is a safe and pleasant area to enjoy at all times of the day and is not overcrowded.The Swimming Pool has life saving equipment and sun loungers.The Bowling Green is open air and is used by the residents and visitors alone, several people play during the day and you are always welcome to join in or just play your own team mates. The Commercial Centre hosts 3 very individual style bars and also a roof top restaurant. One of the bars is known as The Irish bar as it sells Guinness and is a popular bar for the British football fans as it has Sky sports channel.Then there is the Tapas bar which sell local foods and drink, the ground floor is a restaurant serving a variety of dishes and is a very popular restaurant with both locals and visitors alike, the middle floor is the tapas bar serving food and drink all day and has menu del dia (dish of the day) at cheap prices, the roof terrace is a combined area set out as a restaurant and bar area with a small dance area this overlooks the pool and bowling green. 
The Moroccan bar is truly astounding and has been totally designed in a Moroccan style with little nooks and crannies for you to sit.

Rafting on the Segura is bookable at the local tourist information office and takes place aproximately 9km from Calasparra. Walking, biking and mountain biking are immediately available in the vicinity. Gym,Cinema,theatre,outdoor concert facilities are all within 5 km of the apartments. Horse Riding is 15 km distance in Moratalla.
