Vacation Rental Description
La Casa is located in the impressive residential development of the United Golf Resorts La Tercia complex in beautiful countryside in the south-eastern part of provincial Murcia. La Tercia is surrounded by abundant groves of orange, lemon, olive and almond trees, creating a truly wonderful setting. However, it is also only a short 15 minute or so drive to the blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor and the Costa Calida and Murcia Airport and about 50 minutes drive to Alicante Airport. This luxury resort will also be complemented by its own commercial centre comprising a range of shops and restaurants (not yet open) , as well as the Casa Club house hosting its bar and small restaurant, various communal pools, tennis courts, paddle court, children’s play areas, football pitch and bowling green. Most of these facilities are in place and tennis racquets and bowling woods are available for hire. There is a small supermarket along with a Sports bar.The penthouse facilities are all that you would expect of luxury accommodation and include:
3 double Bedrooms all equipped with single beds that can be joined to form double beds, Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom luxuriously appointed with bath and shower and wardrobes, Bedrooms 2 and 3 - both equipped with 2 single beds and ample wardrobe space
Separate shower room and WC.
Living area - tastefully furnished with leather sofas plus dining for 6 for your comfort and equipped with TV and DVD and a range of cds and DVDs, plus a CD/radio player.
Independent kitchen fitted with granite worktops, ceramic hob, electric oven and extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, toaster.
Utility room with controls for the American central vacuum system, washing machine, iron, ironing board and airer.
19 sqm terrace equipped for outside dining with steps to the
90 sqm solarium with Pergola and also equipped for outside dining plus barbeque
Facilities
All linen and towels are provided together with hairdryers for each bathroom. The solarium is equipped for outside dining with a built in BBQ, pergola, sun loungers. The terrace is also equipped for outside dining with seating and table for 6. If you need nursery equipment then please ask. We also provide pool towels and a cool box and pool chairs for use at the swimming pool. If you want to take your iPod or MP3 then we provide a docking station/speaker system. Golf Clubs may be provided on request together with tennis racquets etc.
Activities
The resort features its own 9 hole golf course and has Spain's first aqua driving range - its a truly wonderful setting with stunning views to the Carrascoy Mountains. On site there are tennis courts and green bowling facilities plus the Casa Club House restaurant and bar plus various community pools and children's play areas. Its an ideal place to cycle and we can provide information about cycle hire. There is a small Spar shop on site which stocks a wide range of goods from charcoal to ice cream and all the essentials you will need with further grocery stores in La Tercia Village or larger outle ts in nearby Balsicas, Roldan, Sucina or hypermarkets in San Javier or Los Alcazares.

- Nearest Train Station : Balsicas at 5 kilometers distance
- Nearest Town : Sucina or Roldan at 4 kilometers distance
- Travel Info: La Casa is in with easy reach of airports at Alicante (50 minutes on the motorway and Murcia (San Javier - 15 minutes or so) and the soon to be opened new airport at Corvera. The resort is just off the C3310 - the link motorway between the AP7 and the Autopiste de Mediterraneo.

We require 25% deposit on reservation with the balance payable 6 weeks before your holiday date together with a refundable breakages deposit (subject to letting conditions) All linen and towels plus pool towels are included but a final laundry and cleaning charge is payable on arrival which varies from 65 euros 5 for 4 people to 85 euros for 5 plus guests. There is complimentary meet and greet by our property managers at the Resort. Should you wish to be met at the airport then additional charges will apply. We can organise Welcome packs, hire of nursery equipment etc. and can provide quotes for these services on request. Should you require any service not mentioned here, then please contact us for a quote. Car hire is recommended. Please contact us for our recommendation. Discounted green fees are available when you rent this apartment.

Roda Golf is a perfect holiday destination - and La Casita at Roda Golf in Spain has been designed to ensure that you will have a fabulous and relaxing holiday overlooking a tranquil pool set in wonderful relaxing gardens. We have tried to think of everything you could need including hairdryers, cool boxes, pool towels to name just a few.
With it's location at Los Alcazares - it's near to restaurants and the beach as well as easy access to all that hte Mar Menor and Costa Calida have to offer. There is something for everyone ensuring all of the family will have a super holiday.
Favourite local restaurants are El Patio, Encarnacion for that very special meal, La Diva (as seen on TV), Rosarios, the local 8.95 euro all you can eat Chinese Takeaway to name but a few.
