Boasting a prime front line position overlooking the 14th green and 15th tee on Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Resort. The villa is fully equipped to a very high standard and everything is provided for your convenience including clean linen and towels, and cable TV. The inside accommodation is impressive with spacious living room and dining areas, but the bright and sunny lounge area overlooking the pool is the jewel in the crown. The three bedrooms are spacious and classy, each with their own balcony/patio areas with fantastic views, accessed through French doors. The two bathrooms have showers, but as usual in Spain no bath.
The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard, and there is a separate utility room with washing machine. The outside accommodation is stunning, with a beautiful 12 x 5 pool, covered pergola seating area, and lots of patio/sunbathing areas. All outside furniture including sun beds, table and chairs and barbecue provided.
Wireless internet is available at the golf clubhouse, free of charge.

An undiscovered corner of South East Spain with 250 kilometres of Mediterranean coast known as the Costa Calida (warm coast), the region of Murcia is genuinely unspoilt. It is developing fast but the many areas of natural beauty are protected whilst low-rise developments are planned and sensitively slotted into the landscape.
Across the Murcia Region a range of contrasting landscapes are all within easy reach - deserts and arid lands in the high plateau’s of the northwest, crystal clear waters, sandy beaches and coastal mountains can be found along much of the Costa Calida and orchards filled with lemon groves and almond trees are dotted all over the region.
Worth sampling are the excellent local wines from the Jumilla region, this area is is not as well known as Rioja but full bodied and excellent value.

It is situated just minutes from Fuente Alamo, a typical small Spanish town, which has everything you could need including restaurants, bars, banks and a superb supermarket. The quiet rural location is lovely , but you will be surprised by the magnificent new road network, making visits to Murcia, Cartagena or to local beaches very easy. There are many lovely beaches to visit within 20 to 40 minutes travelling distance. Murcia airport is only 30 minutes away. The resort has fantastic golfing facilities including a top notch club house incorporating restaurant, snack bar and cafe. The sports centre is now up and running offering tennis and paddle ball courts, crown green bowls, football pitch and boule court, all floodlight. Bicycles are available to hire.
