The accommodation is very well suited for families as well as those looking for excellent golf. The golf course is in fact now one of Spain's best and features a new clubhouse, practice courses, a golf academy and a driving range. The villa offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and in addition has a comfortable extra fold-out double sofa-bed in the TV lounge. There is a gas BBQ and Cable TV with many popular UK channels. If you want to bring your laptop to get online, WiFi is available free-of-charge in the nearby golf clubhouse! A large swimming pool is located within 10 meters of the patio, for the exclusive use of our small community - ideal for socialising with friendly neighbours in a glorious setting. Hacienda Del Alamo resort is located less than 2km from the charming Spanish town of Fuente Alamo. The town has many good restaurants, and its night life includes clubs and bars. Beaches: Hacienda Del Alamo is within 25 minutes drive of beautiful, unspoilt beaches. The small charming resort of La Azohia offers a beautiful sandy beach, crystal clear waters, as well as a range of water sports including scuba-diving, snorkeling and water-skiing.

Historic Cities: Cartagena and Murcia are just 30 minutes drive away, with plenty to do and see for all.

Golf: The villa is situated on one of Spain's top new golfing resorts - Hacienda Del Alamo - conceived by the designers of La Manga Club. Golfing facilities include a state-of-the-art driving range, 9-hole practice course, Club House, and of course a beautiful and challenging 18-hole golf course designed by Dave Thomas. Deposits will be returned once an inventory check has been carried out by the on-site manager - usually within 14 days of your departure. Please note that we encourage environmental sustainability: to encourage this, our rental rates cover normal, economical use of water and electricity (including air-conditioning). Extra costs resulting from excessive use of water and/or electricity will be deducted from the deposit. * The full amount of rent for the stay must be paid in advance - please pay the full amount by electronic transfer at least 1 month before the first day of your stay. * Bookings of 2 weeks attract a discount of 10% and for longer-term rents, further discounts may be negotiable - contact us for the best deal.
