This villa is superb and is immaculately and tastefully decorated, with two large twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large lounge diner and a galley style kitchen.

The lounge/diner is furnished to a very high standard and the window lights in the top of the walls give it a very airey and spacious feel as the light pours in. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and a big fridge freezer, with an oven, hob and a dishwasher so that you are not be tied to the kitchen sink! There is air conditioning in the lounge.

The master bedroom has a lovely marble tiled ensuite bathroom and views of the pool. The second bedroom is at the front of the house and there is a excellent shower room to accompany this bedroom. The four single beds are ideal for a party of golfers or for a family holiday.

From the lounge the patio doors lead to a covered area with a lovely wooden table and chairs, the perfect place to relax and enjoy an al fresco breakfast, lunch or dinner. The garden has comfortable sun loungers great for relaxing or watching the children in the pool, which is fenced for safety. There is a set of steps to take you up to the roof terrace where you can enjoy peace and quiet and relax in the sun.

To the front there is a grass area and a car port where a beautiful borgonvillea winds its way around a wooden trellis.

This new and exciting resort, constructed by Polaris World is situated barely 4kms from the warm waters of the Mar Menor, a 10 minute drive from San Javier, Murcia International airport and 60 minutes from Alicante airport.
