Various championship golf courses are only a short drive away and the area itself has excellent facilities including La Marquesa golf course, bowls club, aqua park, health centre, and many shops,bars and restaurants etc. 
Alicante and Murcia airports are only a 30 minute drive and there are excellent motorway links within a few minutes to the rest of Spain.

    Season Rate
    		  Low Season Price: £250 per Week
      High Season Price: £450 per Week
         

    The first payment will be 25% of the total cost of your rental, plus a £150 security deposit, this will be refunded when the property is inspected after your departure and found to be free from damage. Should there be damage to the property, the cost for repair or replacement of damaged items will be taken from the security deposit and the balance 8 weeks before arrival. If the property is booked less than 8 weeks before intended arrival, then the full balance is required to be paid. There are three ways that you can pay :- Send a cheque made out to 1st-4-Villas Ltd to our office at 19 Graham Gardens, Lisburn, County Antrim, BT28 1XE Make a bank transfer to our 1st-4-Villas account. Pay using PayPal – we just need your email address to send you payment details.
