3 bed detached villa ideally suited for families of up to six (could sleep eight on request, however, two would sleep in lounge).  
 
Upstairs you will find a double bedroom with private shower room. It also benefits from a large sun terrace, which is ideal for those late evening, relaxing drinks or private sunbathing.  
 
Downstairs there are two twin bedded rooms, main bathroom, fully fitted kitchen which includes; cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and iron.  
 
Lounge/dining room together with television, DVD and CD player. 
Outside private enclosed garden with tiled porch area and private parking.

    • A 50 euro deposit must be paid on arrival for the community pool pass, which is refundable on return of pass at the end of holiday after checks. (This is for protection against breakages and vandalism of the pool area)

    • Sucina is a small traditional village on the edge of a protected wildlife area. The village has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. It is ideal for walking/hiking, cycling, etc. It is an ideal base for further exploration of the area but a car is recommended as the numerous beaches, golf couses, wildlife, waterparks, main night life etc. are a short drive away.  
     
    The many beaches are 15 minutes drive and vary from family friendly with shallow bathing in the Mar Menor to the more adventurous in the Meditteranean offering sailing, boating, fishing, jet ski, water ski etc. 
     
    There are numerous golf courses within 15 minutes. With several Polaris World courses locally, Championship quality courses such as Roda Golf and United Golf. 
     
    There are two waterparks within a 30 minuite drive, as well as a local zoo at Murcia. For hiking and country parks the Sierra Nevada offers a range of walks, wildlife and sightseeing.
