Vacation Rental Description
The apartment has air conditioning and central heating throughout. The terrace is perfect for sun bathing, eating al fresco or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun goes down. It is in a peaceful location with beautiful views overlooking the 17th hole of the 18 hole golf course (designed by Jack Nicklaus), a lake and a large communal pool and outdoor Jacuzzi.  
 
The dining table seats 6. There is a well equipped kitchen with washing machine; fridge/freezer; cooker; dishwasher; microwave; toaster; kettle and iron. 
The lounge area has a 21" flat screen TV with DVD and internet access. 
The two (2) bedrooms have twin beds that can be pushed together to make a double if required. They each have built-in wardrobes with drawers.  
 
The Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort offers an 18 hole, 72 par course, but it is not just for golfers. Set amongst mountainous landscapes, the views of the greens, lakes and fairways can be enjoyed by everyone. The tree line avenues linking communal swimming pools and childrens play areas. There is 24 hour security and CCTV.  
 
The social centre itself has been built around the regions most important country estate in Murcia. It offers a restaurant and bars, a supermarket, and superb club house. Other facilities include a well stocked supermarket, pro-golf shop, Bar -cafe with terrace, childrens play areas and tennis courts on site. BBQ's and quiz nights are organised on the resort and as our guest, you will have access to all Polaris World resorts and facilities, including La Torre, Mar Manor and El Valle , all between 10 and 30 min drive. There is a free shuttle bus from HR to connect you to :

    • Hacienda Riquelme (HR) is 10 min drive from the village of Sucina, for banks, tapas, internet cafe and local supermarkets, also a picturesque Roman Catholic Church.  
     
    Murcia (20min) and Cartegena (30) are 2 beautiful historic cities great for restaurants, night life, sight-seeing, shopping.  
    Dos Mares shopping mall (20 min),includes 10 pin bowling, cinema and an extensive food hall. 
     
    Nueva Condomina has a shopping mall with 200 shops, incl many U.K high street chains that you will be familiar with. This complex also provides a huge range of restaurants, 10 pin bowling and 6 screen cinema.  
     
    The New Water park (Terra Aqua Murcia) and Animal park (Terra Natura Murcia) provide a wonderful family day out, with something for all ages just 25 minutes from the resort.  
     
    This areas is known as the garden of Spain and has many national parks and areas of outstanding beauty. There is an abundance of wildlife and birds to be discovered.

    A desposit of £150 is payable to secure a booking and will be held as security against damage or breakages until a satisfactory inspection of property has been carried out on departure. Longer term lets are available (between 1 to 11 months) for £450 pcm excluding bills with 1 month deposit required. 55€ Euros for cleaning is payable to keyholder on arrival. This is for laundry and cleaning after you leave in preparation for the next holiday makers. Welcome packs can be arranged upon request.
